The apartment (66 m²) accommodates up to 4 guests plus a baby or toddler. A crib and high chair are available free of charge. "Onkel Franz" features 1 bedroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa, 1 bathroom with underfloor heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Amenities include electric blackout blinds, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, video-on-demand, and 2 fans.
One medium-sized dog or two small dogs are welcome with prior request. The private garden area can be used for playtime with your dog. A daily pet fee applies and will be provided upon request.
The pull-out sofa sleeps 1 adult or 2 children; for shorter stays, also suitable for 2 adults. An extra bed can be provided if needed.

Guest parking is available directly at the house. A public EV charging station is about 500 meters away.
