Lack of amenities . We were given two toilet rolls for 5 people when requested more we asked to buy it ourselves which we did !

I wasn’t aware of the 6 o’clock check in when booking which wasn’t ideal with having a baby and toddler to get sorted after the beach. No contact was made to arrange getting keys for the apartment we had to make contact with the owner who then passed us a number to arrange getting the keys. The owner approved us getting in earlier than 6pm I don’t understand how check out is 11am but yet you cant check in to 6pm When we met the man to collect the keys he required a £150 deposit which i wasn’t aware of and considering it cost us over £300 to stay i found frustrating as some families may not have this money. Look onto the details before booking is all i can say on it
