Breakfast - not applicable Location - perfect for me.
There was building work on site which the hosts did their best to alleviate and offered me alternative accommodation. I was happy with the situation as out all day. Booking.Com had not alerted me to the building works prior to my visit. I was very satisfied with the hosts response and concerns for my comfort.

Very friendly & helpful hosts who were happy to advise on nearby restaurants. The accommodation was cosy, warm and spacious. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and large shower. We received prior notice that building renovations were in progress next to the accommodation. It will be stunning when fully completed. Only a 5 minute drive from David Austin rose gardens. Will definitely return.
In terms of finding the property the sat nav did not take us to the correct location. Hard to recognize the property from the road on arrival.
