Beware this place has BED BUGS. Me and my child were sleeping in the bigger bedroom and woke up covered in bites. Absolutely disgusting experience to have with a small child. Also, the place is located above a turkish restaurant, which makes it absolutely impossible to sleep as it’s very loud, all the smoking is going into the rooms. The apartment itself is very dated with sticky kitchen, dirty fridge and counters. The smell in the entire building is horrendous, almost impossible to breathe once you walk in, it smells like a dumpster. This is probably the worst stay I have ever had in years.

An inexpensive stay in a very well located property. Some of the basics need attention.

Well located and very close to tram line for access to the train station and easy walk into the centre.

There was no working heating in the property, the hot water in the shower did not work reliably, toilet seat broken, lighting very dark

Location is excellent, flat has everything- utensils, pots pans, tea/coffee, towels, bedding, shampoo/shower gel, salt pepper, toilet paper, bin bags etc.. Full size fridge, tv has all channels including netflix, good Internet, comfortable flat - would recommend and would stay again

the second room was not actually separated from the living room so you can hear anyone walking by the living room and kitchen when laying in bed. the kitchenware (pots pans) weren’t that clean so you needed to pre wash them, but overall it wasn’t too bad

The location of the apartment is close to the centre of Ghent and great for accessing the city centre as only a short walk. The apartment was clean with good facilities. Anna was helpful throughout the booking process.

Our only slight issue on the weekend we stayed was the people staying in the apartment above us stayed up until 5am which was a little frustrating.

Affordable but very nice appartment in a good location and wonderful facilities included.

The apartment was very well furnished complete with sofas and dining table and everything you would need to stay. It is convenintly located near a street full of restaurents, and you can walk to the town center without too much trouble.

It was difficult to find the door to the apartment, even with the photo they sent me. I also had trouble finding the locker box where the key is. There is no parking near the house, so I had to drop my family and then find a parking and walk back. But this is something I expected so it was not a huge problem.

Good quality for fair price

The apartament is in a walking distance from the historical city centre. It is spatious and it has everything that you might need. The host Anna is super helpful, easy going and understanding. I wish each place was like this!
