The worst place to stay in Milan.

The location.

The picture shows a/c, the host provides the manual house pointing out how to operate the a/c and it doesn´t work, despite there being three splits at home. The problem with the a/c was never solved and it was the Italian summer. The host's strategy is delaying your message by booking and at the end of the day, he/she says "you didn´t rent with a/c, so as a token of gratitude, have two fans". The whole apartment is dirty, a lot of dust under the bed, on the kitchen, the heater, every place and the cleaning fee is high. There wasn´t iron and it was described as an item of the property. The seat of the toilet was broken. The spoons, forks and knives were dirty, bad washing. The frame of the door was falling apart. Despite paying more than USD 2k for 12 nights, it was uncomfortable.

Very easy to do the check-in and access the building as everything is done online, with clear explanations Close to metro Some of the staff that came to see our issue were very ok and understood our complaints We managed to get understanding and clarify/get compensation through them and also with Booking's help - thanks for being in touch

The house was not clean - bed sheets full of hair and not changed, hair and dust on the floor, sticky floor in the bathroom. Even though they sent somebody to clean, the person had no tools, except the hoover that my friends already used; For Altido - make sure you have cleaning products and that the flat is clean before you accept new guests. The sofa bed was broken - my friends had to sleep on the floor, because it was weekend and couldn't be fixed; For Altido - stop promoting flats for 5 people if you cannot do that/something happened. Even if it's Milan, we work hard for the money and we expect conditions. If something happens, let the guests know. They would have preferred to lose their flight tickets, than get sick/sleep on the floor. There is coffee machine mentioned for facilities - there is none there. For Altido - make sure your description is up to date For anyone reading this: please make sure you state your complaints and don't get over them, as this can impact also future guests. Also, get in touch to make sure the facilities are as intended.
