Awesome location in a beautiful village only a short drive to Dartmouth. The house had enough space for our family of 4 + Grandma. The view from the first floor balcony was amazing watching the sun setting. Even had a small field for the boys to keep up with their football YouTube challenge (10 shots until a Liverpool player gets a hat trick).
It would have been helpful to have a 55" or so smart TV as you we could have used our accounts to watch Amazon Prime (European final), Netflix etc. Also nice in the evening to put up photo's and video's of the day on the big screen mirrored from a smartphone.

Really lovely house, worked really well sharing with parents as bedrooms on ground floor and second floor
Bathrooms a little tired, no shower cubicle, electric shower did not have much power

Beautiful location and the property was suited to the landscape by being an upside down house to provide lovely views. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed.
The balcony was small so only a couple of adults could sit out there at a time. The bathroom was tired and could use an update. The surrounding area is very steep so the walk to the key does take a lot longer than the time stated, not just down the road. Also if you have any challenges walking this would be difficult.
