Very convenient, very clean, very hospitable, just a couple of little niggles.

Breakfast was not an option; restaurant closed on Sunday. Location was very good for my purposes

The room was clean.

The door to reception was locked in the evening and morning. The restaurant door was also locked. Nobody was available to contact. Someone opened my room door while I was in the room. No breakfast. Disappointing! I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice small village, not far from Lausanne. Big parking for free. Clean, big room. A lot of TV channels.

I could not open the window, because under my window was someone constantly smoking, and talking very loud. I guess the guests of the restaurant.

Poor

No breakfast given. Location is average with the disadvantage that a church is opposite the hotel. Thus you had to close the windows not to be disturbed by the bells.

Nice little hotel but disappointed.

Rooms at the back of the hotel are quiet, didn't get a room as advertised on the Bookings.com with a balcony but two of the three rooms were at the back were on the second floor. Third room at the front overlooking the road and church, which let you it was there every hour and, on the quarter and half hours all throughout the day with bells chiming, particularly Sunday at 9.00am Good sized car park, not busy when we visited.

Unfortunately, it was a Bank Holiday weekend on our visit which meant everything was shut everywhere and the hotel restaurant was shut from Saturday to Tuesday morning. In some of Bookings.com and other travel reviews Breakfast had been made available to hotel clients, at an extra cost, but unfortunately this was not available throughout the whole weekend and had we known this would have gone elsewhere or booked a self-catering place instead. In this case maybe a simple food dispenser and a coffee machine could be installed to assist. Fridge in the room but no kettle (had to ask for one) and be warned Switzerland also use different plugs to the rest of Europe.

The location was not close to the festival I was attending. Though I had confirmed my arrival times, there was no one at reception. I had to call the number and was kept waiting another 20 minutes before someone came to let me in.

It was great! Perfect location, close to the city but not IN the city, great room, really good food.

Didn't have breakfast there, but the restuarant for dinner and drinks was great. The room was awesome but from the pictures we did think it would be bigger but still loved it. We loved it and we will come back.

The ONLY problem was our heater wasn't working so the room was a bit cold at certain points.

Pleasant

The booking website said that the room came with a kettle and a TV, the TV did not work we could not make it work and the kettle was not there when we got into the room so we went downstairs to ask for one and we were given one full of mold so we were not able to use it. Disgusting. Everything else was very clean. Then on arrival the recptionist presented herself as if she was going on a casuak bike ride! Definetelty poor presentation.

Proximité de la gare de Romanel, le réceptioniste etait la quand je suis arrivé à 22h15. Accueil très sympa

Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre mais je n'ai pas regardé pour baisser le chauffage. Comme j'etais bien fatigué , je me suis endormi très vite.

Rezeption ist so gut wie nie besetzt Musste in dem angrenzenden Restaurant erst nachfragen. Dort hat man dann jemanden angerufen, der dann den Rezeptionisten gemimt hat. Es wurde ausschließlich französisch als Kommunikation angeboten. Es war nicht möglich einen Übernachtungsbeleg in Papierform zu erhalten. Nur per Mail! Am Wochenende gab es keinen Zimmerservice Die Gerüche aus der Pizzeria ziehen den Flur hoch zu den Zimmern.

Simple, propre, fonctionnel.

Pas de télécommande pour la TV; pas de solution, pas de rabais sur la chambre. Même pas un café offert, alors que j’ai mangé sur place le soir.

Die DachZimmer im 2OG - extrem heiss. Das kleine Fenster ist nicht ausreichend ohne Klimaanlage. WC Spülung nach ein paar Nutzingen defekt. Kein Frühstück am Sonntag - Restaurant und Hotel geschlossen.

Ci ritornerò, confido nel fatto che sono stati solo piccoli disguidi

Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile nell'attendere il mio arrivo oltre l'orario di apertura del ristorante. La fattura richiesta è arrivata immediatamente dopo il pagamento anticipato (anche se non era completa, in quanto la tassa di soggiorno ho dovuto pagarla sul posto). Location comunque buona per pernottare a pochi passi dalle principali località della zona (Renens, Losanna, ecc.).

Poca attenzione ai dettagli: nella camera, al momento del bisogno, mi sono reso conto che da nessuna parte in camera c'era carta igienica o dei rotoli di riserva, e nemmeno fazzoletti sciolti (che, in caso di necessità, è meglio di niente). La stessa cosa per il WiFi e per le informazioni generali: La reception chiude con il ristorante, un po' scomodo se si necessitano password WiFi oppure altre informazioni come orari di Check-Out o altro, senza dover fare una ricerca online.
