We only wish it wasn't raining the whole time we were there so we could've used the pool

The bathrooms - water goes everywhere! Need new shower head and a shower door to stop water going all over the floor, plus the tap over the sink creates so much mess. Looks beautiful but is not functional.

Lovely, large room, comfy bed, amazing dinner/good breakfast-ask if pool open before booking.

This intimate B&B has spectacular views of Lake Como-They have a lovely pool as well-it was not open for use when we arrived, which was disappointing, as we would have hoped to have been been told this prior to arrival....this was one of the main reasons we paid more than what was typical for the area when selecting our lodging. The breakfast was lovely, and the dinner even better-the chef made non-complicated(not over complicated as are some attempting to impress) perfectly proportioned and delicious dinner-loved every bit of his food, down to the dessert!

No notice of the pool being closed-this is what they advertise for this particular B&B, and customers should expect what is advertised.

Superb Villa

The property has amazing views. The decor is elegant, simple, but adequate. Very clean rooms. The food and wine were amazing and an exceptional value. All of the staff were very helpful.

It isn’t a problem, but there are many steps to climb, so be sure you can manage them.

An exceptional boutique villa experience

A truly special place. The steps were a bit of a challenge, but well worth it. Room 1 was well-appointed and had a lovely large balcony and beautiful view. It was so quiet and peaceful. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and inviting. The highlight was the restaurant. We enjoyed several delicious meals on the balcony and everything was fabulous! The staff are exceptional… friendly and helpful at every moment. I hope to be able to return!

Everything was wonderful, but you need to be able to take quite a few steps up to some of the rooms and the restaurant. We were so appreciative of the staff’s help with our luggage.

Amazing amazing amazing

The most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The staff were incredible, so helpful, kind and went above and beyond for us. The room was wonderful. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was the best meal we had in our 12 days in Italy so far!! Can’t express enough how much we loved our stay. Wish it was longer! Thank you Nadine & team!

Visiting Bellagio was a little bit tricky, there’s a bus that comes but not often. Taxis are really hard to get. This didn’t impact our stay too much and the team at Villa Mojana went above and beyond to assist us with suitable transportation.

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend!

The hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Our room was gorgeous and was so comfortable. The staff did an amazing job and were very helpful. We loved eating at the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed sitting by the pool.

We didn’t rent a car so it was a little difficult to get around. The bus stops running around 7 PM so it was a challenge to explore the towns nearby. I would highly recommend renting a car if you stay here :)

Absolutely loved Villa Moiana, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Amazing views, a great staff, and really nice rooms/decor. We had a great time and stayed an extra night because we were enjoying ourselves so much.

The only downside of the villa is that it is not walking distance from bellagio which means you will need to rely on cabs to get into and back from town (25 euros each) but you get and calm and private atmosphere as a result.

No water in room. charged extra at breakfast for omelette which was never mentioned and I feel unnecessary you already are paying for breakfast leaves a very bad impression. No practical mirror in the bathroom.

A lovely stay with caveats

This bed and breakfast inn is beautifully designed with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.

My tiny room with a queen bed was incorrectly advertised as a King Room. To reach reception and then on up to the rooms one must climb several flights of stone steps up the hill. You'll be very grateful when the sole woman at reception offers to come help with the bags. We were on our own coming back down at the end and in the rain it was a little scary. Because the inn is 10 minutes outside Bellagio on a narrow, windy road you'll be grateful for a night (maybe two) to enjoy the in-house private chef. Mojana bills itself as a winery, but I saw no sign of it or their wines.

Disappointing

Very modern in terms of decor and facilities

We booked this place because we wanted to use the outdoor heated pool whilst enjoying the views. However when we got there we found the pool was extremely cold so not useable at all. There seemed to be an issue with the temperature for over a week we were told however there was no information at the time of booking that facilities were limited. We received a room in the main villa where the kitchen was situated. It was extremely noises, with cupboards banging and cookware being use banged around until midnight for the dinner service. At 6am we were woken up again with sounds from the kitchen. We left early as we could not sleep with all the noise.

Lovely hotel in beautiful location with fantastic staff.

Lovely quiet hotel near to Bellagio, with magnificent views across the Eastern branch of Lake Como. The rooms are comfortable with great views. The staff were all very welcoming and very attentive. Great breakfasts to set us up for the day. Staff very helpful in booking restaurants for us. Overall, a lovely relaxing place to stay. Just to note that you do need a car if staying here as the ferries and buses are not quite regular enough.
