Fantastic!!!

Location was perfect, we had a car which for its size was more than capable of fitting in the large driveway. We was met at the property and given information of the area. We also had direct contact with the owner if there was any issues as well as a local rep for the villa. Villa was well equipped to suit our needs and very big and spacious. Pool is bigger than looks in photos and nice and deep. overall extremely happy with this villa and already looking at staying again next year.

Very nit-picking comment however the BBQ in photos was no longer there :(

We’ve just returned from a holiday at Villa Bahia, brilliant accommodation in such a fab location, we’d love to return!

Lovely property, great that the living area and bedrooms were on the same level, The pool was a hit with my 8 year old and 14 year old, a lovely temperature and good size. Villa was also a fab size, it was only 4 of us but could easily cater for a few more. In a quiet area and really close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants….. we hired a car as so much to explore, really easy getting around.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Just could be useful to have a rail going down the steps inside the pool - if didn’t bother us at all, very easy and manageable but some people may prefer to have a rail to guide them in.

The villa was great especially for the cost, the staff were very accommodating even though we showed up too early, the pool was great, a few things to note if you are planning to stay: there is both a charcoal and gas BBQ but whichever you choose to use you need to (to my knowledge) buy fuel for it, the pool lights are inoperable at time of writing but the exterior lights mean you are able to see at night, the property provides matches for the BBQ in one of the kitchen drawers and also has things like a toaster etc., the last step in the pool curves down to the floor which caused a few of us to trip on our way out but it's fine once you know that it's there, the shops we went to are about 20 minutes walk away but we would recommend getting a taxi from the nearby park as they are cheap and a lot nicer then walking, there is a nice restaurant we went to twice about 7 minutes walk away that was very good, and the hammock seems to not hold you in the air much (those of us that tried it had at minimum our buts hitting the wood of the hammock legs) but that's all.

There were a few things in the house that seemed close to breaking but nothing that couldn't be worked around or used as normal, a few lights didn't work but they were all outside so not needed a majority of the time, there were a few cockroachs but they seem to be a problem in the area so it's not the houses fault

Modern huis met alle comfort. Overal airco in het huis. Terrassen rond het huis. Leuk zwembad. De host Achmed is zeer vriendelijk en stipt. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Calpe.

Todo. Es una villa privada, piscina privada solo para ti. Todo muy bien, Ahmed muy puntual, atento y muy amable. La casa muy limpia, contaba con todo lo necesario, la cocina muy bien equipada horno, tostadora, cafetera, todo tipo de cubiertos de cocina, mensaje en general. La cama cómoda también que la verdad se agradece. La piscina también muy limpia, bien cuidada. La verdad que la casa gana mucho más en persona que en las fotos y se está muy a gusto, muy bien; televisión con muchos canales. Tiene también parking privado y aire acondicionado.

Anfitrion puntual y pendiente de nuestra llegada...piscina limpia la disfrutamos mucho, mesa exterior al lado de la piscina,mesa exterior al lado de la cocina y mesa en el salon todas grandes con sombras. Tuvimos todo lo que necesitabamos aire acondicionado en ningun momento pasamos calor, nos alojamos comodamente 7 personas...sin duda volveremos en otra ocasion.

Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en snelle communicatie. HMED is de tussenpersoon van de gastheer, die alles tot in de puntjes verzorgt ter plaatse. Staat steeds voor je klaar en doet echt zijn uiterste best! Zeer aangename man, een topper! Villa is hoog gelegen in de bergen van Calpe en toch dichtbij grote supermarkten. Voor privacy en rust TOPLOCATIE. Volledig omheind, geen inkijk en wagen kan binnen staan achter een poort. Zwembad is top en proper. Alles was goed onderhouden. Absolute aanrader!

Er zijn wel enkele camera's aanwezig aan de villa deze zouden bewegingen volgen en stonden plots gericht naar het zwembad waar het gezin vertoefde. Snel afgedekt privacy = privacy.

Bon séjour

La propreté de la villa, les matelas des lits sont confortables, tout l'équipement pour cuisiner , le barbecue, la piscine est profonde, elle n'est pas faite pour des enfants, mais bien pour faire un plongeon. Notre contact sur place Ismaël a été au top, il a répondu a chaque question et rapidement, merci pour son aide .

Prévoyez un anti moustique et du produit pour les cafards car il y en a quelques uns qui sortent. La machine a laver est vétuste ,nous avons eu des problèmes pour laver notre linge, les programmes bloquent l'ouverture de la porte. La table en bois a côté de la piscine est rongée par l'eau , du coup on a pas pû s'en servir dommage.
