It was pleasant enough for a short stay out of season.

There was no breakfast. The apartment was tiny. We visited in December, so it was a bit nippy (bring a 2kw fan heater because the hand control for the Aircon had been removed. The apartment was 1 bedroom - fine for us. We were on the 3rd floor pretty much on the frontline. Towels and bedding were fine. Security was present. The apartment was clean and just about ok for 2 people on a break of say 4-5 nights. The price of the apartment was reasonable. You need to know that some of the apartments are occupied permanently. There was a lift, and plenty of places to park for free. All in all it was OK. Not many folk about at the beginning of December, but the weather was kind.

The apartments front a hotel owned by the same company. It would have been good if guests in the apartments had access to the hotel dining area, the hotel's indoor swimming pool and other facilities. Would have been prepared to pay extra for this.

Location

Hard single bed. Very basic. Kitchen poorly equipped. Smelled stale. I did not feel safe as a solo traveller. Cracks in walls and wood skirtings rotten in places. I asked to check out after one night and I was not given any refund. I understood I would only be charged one more night as per booking.com conditions.

We up graded our room it was fabulous everything you could wish for, in a great location but we do like walking some may struggle, although it’s mostly on the flat. We just had terrible weather that spoilt our holiday to a degree

Another great holiday in lovely Calpe

The reception staff were excellent especially Pablo who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The location is excellent and the safety deposit box system for valuables is fantastic. Also you have the added factor of 24 hrs reception coverage for help with any emergency that could arise. All receptionists speak excellent English.

Our room was on the third floor and the view was very restricted to those we've had before. Many of the furniture and fittings are a bit dated and tired. Having said that, how long do you spend in the room on a holiday. Some of the electrical plug points are positioned in a place that you cannot access. Beds were comfortable.

The apartment was disappointing and not worth the money.

Close to the beach and a big balcony.

The apartment was very dated and needed updating. Furnishings were old and needed replacing. Bed was uncomfortable. There was no kettle and the kitchen utensils were basic and old. Wifi didn’t work and staff could not fix it. Had to use wifi in hotel next door. When I complained about the apartment they offered me two others in the block but both were just as bad.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location.

The apartment was in a great location and was a very good size with two lovely balconies. Great restaurants very nearby and the beach was gorgeous.

We only were given one set of keys. There were no floor towels for the bathrooms and the coffee maker was very slow.

An enjoyable break in October with fantastic weather.

The apartment was first class in almost all ways. Very clean and well appointed. The views were spectacular. The pool area was always clean. There was a main bathroom and an en-suit to the main bedroom. The washing machine was an unexpected added bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful with really good knowledge of the local area and the public transport available. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Lovely clean sandy beach on the doorstep.

The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. They really need to be changed. On a positive note, there were plenty of blankets and covers for the beds.

Room was spacious & clean. Perfect Beach location. Choo train stop just opposite the hotel which takes you to the main square of calpe or even up to the beautiful old town.

Beds need updating, they are like sleeping on a rock! WiFi wasn't the best but we weren't to bothered by that. Lacks some basic utilities but we managed with what we had.

very close to the promenade in a nice appartement block. beautiful view of the beach. nice with the two balconies for morning and evening sun. the shower was sort of newly renovated and had good water pressure.

the equipment in the appartment was below par. Considering it is an appartment for 4 to 6 people, there were 2 steak knifes and the rest of the cutlery did not match for even 2 settings, the quality of the cutlery was the cheapest possible as well. The whole equipement of the kitchen was poor, not even a dish brush was there, let alone a dish washer. The mattresses of the beds very very uncocomfortable. everything was old and tired.

Wi fi was poor. It is now an essential part of travel for booking Taxis, restaurants and downloading forms for Covid travel restrictions which changes from week to week. Also we all like to keep in touch with family and friends and social media interaction is a must. The wi fi at this property is old, both equipment and sign in process rather than reconnect automatically. Wouldn't stop us returning but improvement needed. Also the TV satellite system just never worked. Again old kit.
