Exceptional Vila - highly recommend

The location is great! The Vila is amazing, very clean, well dotated with all necessary, We had a lovely week with the family there.The outdoor area is lovely, we had BBQ everyday. I highly recommend the vila! The Guzman Villas is a great agency and they were very professional.

Lovely villa

Everything you needed was there.. villa is lovely, a little bit out in location, definitely need a car .. Couple of things were a problem. It was very hot at night a fans / aircon would have made such a difference. The villa is well equipped, dish wears, dishes , glasses, fridges , towels, . Great hot water supply for showers , unusual never to experience the hot water running cold * 8 people showering / dishes exetra.

Mozzies , hot at night, We were also all bitten bad by the mozzies ( I live in Spain and its the worse I have ever experience, needed to visit the emergency dept) we tried everything. Candles , sprays , body sprays and spiral burners . Nothing helped ( NOT the fault of the villa, just to warn others be prepared) The toilet flush makes a terrible loud noise.. ( put tap on to stop it ! ) No keys to gain access to the roof ( missed the fireworks for San Juan fiesta

Great villa near nice beaches. No air conditioning.

Very spacious and cozy villa. Big pool and a lot of space outside the villa. Car place with a roof. Quiet neighborhood and no noise at night. Easy to reach the beaches and very close to Calpe. Grilling was possible.

Only one major thing that prevents this villa for being perfect - there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. So be careful and do not miss this point about the villa. Otherwise great place.

Villa was perfect and in the ideal location for our stay all the family had a great time, we have booked thru Villas Guzman 3 times and never been dissappointed can thoroughly recomend. Our contact point was a chap called Chris who was most helpful even when we were late due to Ryan bl**dy Air

Nous avons tout aimé dans cette villa très spacieuse et très bien équipée ou rien de manquait. L'extérieur est magnifique avec une superbe piscine. Terrain arboré avec de très belles plantes et palmiers. Cuisine extérieur à côté de la piscine parfaite avec un BBQ.
