Sol, bad och ett underbart läge

Läget helt fantastiskt, nära till allt och en helt underbar utsikt

saknade rengöringsmedel till toa och badrum. I butik finns stora förpackningar och kan inte köpa för endast ett fåtal dagar, kanske det också borde finnas några toarullar så att man inte behöver springa till butik det första man gör annars allt för övrigt toppen

Ubicación perfecta, recomendable

La ubicación es perfecta, en el mismo paseo marítimo con la playa a escasos metros, muchos restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas, farmacia y todas las comodidades muy cerca. La decoración del alojamiento muy bonita y tiene de todo, no hemos echado nada en falta. Muy agradecidos por los detallitos que nos dejaron al llegar :)

Está justo encima del cartel #CALPE donde todo el mundo se hace fotos y grita hasta altas horas de la mañana, así que recomendamos tapones para los oídos, con eso ya bien. Las almohadas son incomodísimas, rogamos las cambien.

Die Schlüsselübergabe fand in der Verwaltung der Wohnungen in Calpe City statt. Etwa 500 Meter weit entfernt von der Wohnung. Die Lage ist direkt am Strand und die Wohnung modern und sauber. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, in die City und andere Strände.

Apartamento modesto pero que merece mucho la pena

Lo mejor es la ubicación, en primera línea, a 5 minutos andando de las calles comeciales de Calpe donde hay de todo. Y aunque era sólo una 2ª planta de 6, no tuve ningún problema de ruidos o molestias de los locales ubicados debajo. No hay parking pero debajo del edificio hay una zona del edificio que utilizan para carga-descarga los locales donde se puede cargar y descargar el equipaje (aunque habrá que ver si en julio-agosto no está también lleno de coches como las calles). La O.R.A. no funcionaba (parking gratis en las calles) y salvo el finde sin problemas para aparcar cerca. El equipamiento bastante bien: camas pequeñas pero cómodas; armario y cajones suficientes; sofá bastante cómodo; mobiliaria sencillo pero funcional y en buen estado; wifi perfecto, electrodomésticos muy bien (A/A que sólo puse 1 vez; plancha que no usé; secador de pelo que no usé; horno que no usé, microondas, placa vitrocerámica, campana extractora, lavaplatos que usé 2 veces, lavadora que usé 1 vez, termo de agua caliente perfecto).

La TV era moderna (smart TV) pero un poco pequeña (32") para el salón tan grande. Las sábanas bajeras de las camas no eran ajustables, con lo que por las mañanas aparecía uno prácticamente encima del protector del colchón. Aunque el apartamento tiene tanto lavaplatos como lavadora (pequeños pero suficientes), no se facilitan productos consumibles (aunque sí es cierto que lo pedí y en la agencia me dieron 3 pastillas de lavaplatos, pero no tenían pods para poner la lavadora). Para fregar a mano facilitan un kit con estropajo, bayeta, una dosis de detergente de vajilla y otra de lavadora. Afortunadamente había un bote casi lleno de lavavajillas que sin duda dejó algún ocupante anterior. De modo similar, hay cubo y fregona en perfecto estado pero no se facilitan productos de limpieza. El menaje de comer era bastante justito en tazas de desayuno y cubiertos. El menaje de cocinar era desproporcionadamente grande: 2 sartenes de 25 y 30 cm (no había una pequeña de unos 18-20 cm), y 2 cacerolas enormes como para hacer marmitako para 8 (no había un cazo pequeño, aunque lo pedí en la agencia y me lo dieron).

Un séjour parfait avec une vue merveilleuse et un appartement au top !

L’emplacement est plus que parfait, la vue est incroyable que ce soit du balcon, de la chambre ou du salon ! L’appartement est très bien équipé, accessible et propre, la plage est littéralement à 2 pas.

Attention si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, le bâtiment n’est pas très bien isolé mais en contrepartie on s’endort avec le bruit des vagues 😉

Abzüge nur: das Schlafzimmer ließ sich nachts nicht ausreichend abdunkeln.

Bei der Abgabe konnten wir den Schlüssel einfach im Zimmer lassen und die Tür zuziehen.

Kleines Manko: Der Schlüssel musste woanders abgeholt werden. Dafür konnten wir mehr als einen Schlüssel bekommen.

Subliem!

Alles was prima en naar wens. Locatie super, goeie contacten met de verhuurder. Het hele verblijf heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen.

Ik vond het zitcomfort van zowel de bank als de eetkamerstoelen wat minder. Maar dat kan ook komen omdat ik überhaupt vaak last van mijn rug heb. Ik zat ik in het appartement vaak op een rieten stoeltje van het beglaasde balkon.
