Can't complain too much considering the price but could be better.

The pool and the views.

The road to get to the place. You can't have your dog loose as there are no closed terraces. And there were no mops or brushes or anything like that.

It was a very simple apartment. Did the job. Nothing special.

The cooking facilities were sub par. Often times taking a while for the pan to get hot. The kitchen appliances were quite old, the kettle also took quite a while to boil and the tap in the kitchen sink was not attached to the sink - operating it without breaking the tap was sometimes not ideal.

Great for a rock climbing location

It was a quiet area but some handy shops for our self catering. Great outlooks from this higher up property. Bed very comfortable, good hot water.

The wifi was very weak and connection was often lost as well as being slow. Stronger Wi-Fi signal was not accessible.

Good place for family leisure.

The view from pool side was awesome. As we prefer to to prepare the food, at this location is a big kitchen - living room. The bedroom are downstairs and it is great because is cooler and has less sunlight so is great for sleep.

The bathroom was "tired", especially the shower doors. Also we found a very dirty quilt ( the thicker one). It should be replaced urgently. And also the crockery need to be replaced. Better to have 1 good knife instead of 5 that don't cut at all.

There is nowhere comfortable to sit in apartment number 3, a two bedroom apartment. No settee or comfortable chairs.

Poor

We chose this as a 2 bedroom apartment. That was correct, but instead there was no living space. Only a kitchen where we could eat in. Furniture was old, broken/incomplete. Ex. no glass on the table, the oven had no indications of temperature. Television was installed in one bedroom on the side instead of the front. Bathroom was clean but very old. Lucky we only stayed for 6 days, because there was no washing machine.

Ease of access to property. Property location. Easy to park hire car. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed.

Bed linen was very poor well worn no Top sheet,we had to use duvet covers we found in the wardrobe which wasn't much better, unironed. On the last day getting jackets out of the wardrobe we found the boiler was leaking one of my jackets had fallen off the hanger and was in water at the bottom, the owner knew it was leaking because there was a bucket under the boiler.Not impressed.

Estancia en apartamento N ®3

Lo funcional que es, tenia de todo para estar allí, cocinar con todo tipo de menaje, barbacoa, lavadora, aire acondicionado que funcionaba como caliente y 1 calefactor, con eso no pasamos frío,terraza amplia con vistazas a calpe y al Peñon, piscina operativa y limpia aunque ahora en diciembre estaba helada el agua lo normal. Esta situado en una urbanización a 5 min andando del principio de calpe y a 15 min de la Playa y del Centro, en coche en 1min estas al principio.del pueblo y 4 en la Playa. Nos dejamos unas cazadoras y nos las enviaron enseguida sin ningún problema.

Hechamos en falta un horno para fuera 10.

Sinceramente la ubicación y la cama muy cómoda, y las vistas.

Lo primero, encontrar ropa interior de algún inquilino anterior y la Faltaba bastantes utensilios, tanto de cocina como de limpieza, Ni un solo estropajo para limpiar los platos, y solo un rollo de papel higiénico para 3 días.

Super tolle Lage. Tolle große Wohnung hat alles was man braucht incl Spüma. Endlich mal wieder ein tolles Licht im Bad. Große Terrasse. Sehr gute Matratze wenn auch das Bettgestell quietscht. Super toller shared Pool mit großer Tiefe zum reinköppern. Parkplatz privat. Tolle Aussicht auf den Fels dort

Ohje, hatte das Pech dass in der großen Wohnung über seitlich von mir die letzten zwei Tage ein Paar eingezogen ist die wohl grundsätzlich Nachtschicht haben. Das heist: gingen 6.30 h ins Bett wenn ich aufstehe und leben dann natürlich in der Nacht in der Wohnung. Und dies hört man halt leider wenn man nachts schlafen möchte...

Der Pool war ok. Die Aussicht hervorragend.

Der sogenannte Verwalter sprach weder Spanisch noch englisch. Sehr unhöflich Mein Vater mit 84 Jahren war auch dabei. Die Unterkunft war eine Frechheit. Ganz oben mit sehr vielen Treppen. Mein Vater ist geh behindert nach Nachfrage bei diesem Verwalter ob es eine Unterkunft im gleichen Haus auch ohne diesen Treppen Wahnsinn gäbe hat er gleich abgewunken. Dann kam am Tag drauf es zu einem Sturz meines Vaters. Eine kleine platzwunde am Kopf. Und ein Schmerzen im Bein, mit hämatom. Ich sagte dies sofort dem Verwalter, und er zuckte nur mit den Schultern und ging weg. Eine Mikrowelle mit kabelschaden war dann der Rest vom ganzen. Beim anmachen der Mikrowelle war auch gleich der Strom für die Wohnung zu Ende. Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung nicht empfehlen.

Si buscas relajarte sin multitudes es perfecto , la ubicación y las vistas fantásticas.. y opción a barbacoa con piscina privada hasta las 23h

Los colchones incómodos,la ducha enana, en mi caso deje comida en la encimera y se lleno de hormigas para tirarla toda y por si faltara nos entro una cucaracha ..

Positivo la tranquilidad debido a la ubicación y la piscina que pese a ser común estaba siempre limpia y era agradable.

Mobiliario viejo y equipamiento escaso. Cama y sofá incómodos, la cama está hundida hacia el centro. Plato de ducha con una cortina que arrastraba por el suelo y se encharcaba todo. Limpieza deficiente. No hay ni persianas ni cortinas opacas. Conclusión: no todo vale... No puedes alquilar cualquier mierda a precio de oro sólo por estar en un destino muy turístico. Se pueden cuidar más las cosas, ser más hospitalario y pensar más allá de coger billetes por cada uno que pase.

La casa habitación o lo que fuera muy pequeño y eso que íbamos dos personas. No es para unas vacaciones la casa habituación que me toco es para un finde y seguir a otro sitio nada mas y estuve escuchando a mas gente y opinaba simlilar y eso que supuestamente era mas grande las demas porque son para mas personas. Horno sucio, en la piscina muy bien pero nada de sombrillas tenia y la que tenia rota por el centro La casa habitación en general era como vieja sensscion de un poco sucia por dentro por fuera todo muy bien la verdad y barbacoa normal.

El apartamento pequeño, no había lo mínimo para limpiar por si manchas algo, los electrodomésticos como el microondas Medio roto y con cuidado de que no se caiga, una cafetera de dolce gusto sin cápsulas, etc.
