Está justo enfrente de la playa. La mejor ubicación posible. Playa preciosa y paseo ideal. Apartamento grande.
Que no tiene aire acondicionado y al medio día es horrible estar en el salón. Hace muchísimo calor, aún con el ventilador de techo.

Emplacement parfait en bord de plage, une promenade sans voiture passe entre les quelques mètres qui séparent la résidence de la plage. Vue splendide sur la mer et le rocher de l'Ifach. C'est plutôt calme la nuit. Restaurants et petites boutiques en bas de l'immeuble. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel, magnifiques piscine très bien entretenue. Possibilité de parking pour 60€ la semaine à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit! Ventilateurs dans l'appartement.

Getting the keys. Big problem to find them in the evening at 22.00 hour and hidden behind a big wrought iron gate. Could not phone someone to help me . Windows at the seaside and the between’- doors could not be closed. They all were broken. Electricity not okay . Only one socket outlet in the kitchen. When I used it, all electricity felt out.
