シャワー、トイレ完備の個室でこの価格なら、というところですね。
清掃に関してはかなりギリギリです。必要最低限のところだけ。特に階段や玄関などの共有スペースは埃が溜まりまくりでした。歩くだけのスペースなので、まぁなんとか、という感じです。
