We stayed at Hotel Livemax Asakusa Skyfront for 8 nights.
Pros :
1. Great Location! 11/10 it is few steps from Tokyo Skytree Station and Oshaige Station. There is a massive mall Tokyo Solamachi, multi-level commercial complex that makes up a large part of the Tokyo Skytree Town. Pokémon Center is inside the mall! Also Tokyo Skytree Town Bus Terminal is located on Level 1 of the complex, directly beneath the tower near the Solamachi building. So convenient!!!
2. So many restaurants especially Kura Sushi Flagship Oshiage store is few steps away. Also two supermarkets nearby. Such a bonus!
3. Rooms are clean with shampoo, body wash, handwash and hairdryer. There is cleaning services free of charge.
Cons:
1. The room is quite compact even for 2 people. In the bathroom , the shower area is so small only Asian small built person can freely move. If you are ok with it then it won’t be an issue.
2. No complimentary water bottles but there is a water dispenser if you want to drink but hassle to get water and bring to the room. You have to buy at the convenience store.
3. Poor ventilation at the room even though there is a purifier or humidifier it tends to get stuff in the room.
4. Poor instructions when changing towels. I don’t get it why we need to bring out the soiled towels outside and put it on the floor, so unhygienic. They should at least give bins or plastic bags to put the towels.
5. Even the location is convenient is far from other places to visit like Asakusa , Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, Ginza, etc it is around 30 mins by train, around 14 stops. So better plan your day ahead.
If you like a budget hotel that serves as a place to rest Hotel Livemax Asakusa Skyfront can be an option.

There are no double beds available, even though the booking app states otherwise. The staff was not helpful in resolving the issue. Despite requesting a room with two beds in advance, I was forced to book an additional room.
The hotel also does not offer a proper breakfast only small bento boxes are provided. The rooms are quite small and could be cleaner.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is excellent. Unfortunately, apart from that, I cannot recommend staying here.
