Keep in mind this property is in a residential area just outside the Tokyo subway system. So you have to pay an extra 150 yen on the private rail line. On the plus side the Skytree tower is a 15 minute walk away. Also the food options in the area are affordable

Although there are beds enough for 4, room is much smaller than it looks in photos. Bathroom is cruise-ship sized with no space to move. OK for petite sized guest but larger folks would find it challenging. In nice, quieter neighborhood with walking distance to train station (note: station is for toei skytree line, not metro). Check-in/out was smooth and easy, all done online. Suitable for short stay or those that don't mind compact living.
