事前の案内が丁寧で、簡単スムーズにチェックイン・チェックアウトができました。
当日夕方、メールでの問い合わせに即時返信があり、とても迅速で丁寧な対応だと感じました。
到着時にすでに給湯器が点いており、すぐに入浴でき嬉しかったです。
延長コードやテレビ、ドライヤーなどの設備が充実しておりとても使いやすかったです。
広く清潔な空間で居心地が良く、隣の部屋の音も気にならずとても快適でした。
到着時、足の裏が黒くなりモップをかけてみたところ、床にうっすらホコリが被っていたようでした。ベッドや枕にも細かいホコリが少し気になり、一度コロコロをかけたい気持ちになりました。
洗面台に置かれていたハンドソープと、玄関の消臭スプレー（？）の中身が空でした。
浴槽のざらつきと浴室の排水口の流れの悪さが気になりました。使う前に軽く掃除しなくてはいけなかったので改善して頂きたいと思います。
ベッド上の電灯の上部部品が外れていました。光量、安全面に問題はありませんが、少し見栄えが悪いかなと思います。

Nice and clean apartment, modern, new. Safe location but a bit aside from the centre. Very helpful property manager. Fridge, stove, grill, microvave. It is not a hotel - do not get confused. Rather Air BNB style. No reception.
The apartment was on the ground floor, all windows on street level. We felt more confortable to sleep with windows closed. If you do not like air con on, no ventilation. We were 3 friends, but got only 2 blankets. So we asked for an extra one, which we promptly received - thanks again for that. Recommend for 2 couples of 2 singles or family with kids (only 2 double beds).

Clean new
We didn't have instructions to open main door. We didn't know our room number. We didn't know how to access our room. We arrived very late almost past the check-in time deadline. There was a chance we would not have a place for that night. Please consider that visitors maybe arriving very late. Please have 24 hour customer service. Thank you.
