We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage to the room. The rooms are very well equipped, including a refrigerator, hairdryer, microwave, and kettle. We especially loved having a balcony. The shared kitchen and washing machine are accessible to all guests and fully equipped—nothing was missing. The location is excellent. It’s only a 5-minute walk to Horikirishobuen Station, from where you can easily reach all parts of the city by public transportation. There is also a 7-Eleven directly across the street, and many great restaurants within walking distance. The host was very accommodating and allowed us a late check-out since our flight was later in the day. This made traveling with our 7-month-old baby much easier. If we come back to Tokyo, we will definitely choose this place again!

La ubicación es 10/10, a 5 min de la estación de tren, que conecta con la línea principal Yamanote. Al rededor es súper tranquilo y tiene tiendas, combinis y comida local a menos de cinco min en todas direcciones. A un lado hay lavandería (aunque también puedes lavar dentro de la estancia), y pasa una línea de camión en la esquina de la calle. Aunque haga frío, la calefacción y las cobijas de la habitación hacen súper confortable la estancia. No hay molestias por parte de los demás inquilinos. El personal de la estancia en línea y presencial es sumamente atento, están disponibles 24/7, no importa que necesites o que dudas tengas, te contestan inmediatamente y te ayudan de forma súper amable. Están al pendiente todo el tiempo.

Bathroom shower curtain had mold. The floor on the bathroom also had mold. The ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t working.
