The space was wonderful! We lived upstairs and had a separate kitchen and bathroom/shower which was nice. Our room was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was very helpful and responsive. Excellent okonomiyaki place a couple blocks down too! Overall, a great and comfortable stay :)
This wasn't really a con, but keep in mind that towels aren't included and cost 200 yen each because we didn't realize once we got in.

二人ための客室を予約しました。布団はとても楽で部屋の温度と明るさが変わっていて施設は綺麗でした。オーナーさんは親切で荷物を部屋まで運んでくれて(2階の部屋へ)お正月のためにあけおめ煎餅を出してくれました。ホテルの辺りは静かでコインランドリーが歩いて2分かかります。素晴らしい経験でしたよ。おすすめです！
壁は薄くて外は聞こえやすいですが、必要があれば無料で耳栓があります。まだよく眠れました。
