The location, although you had to walk10/15mins to and from the train station back to the hotel it didn't bother me once learning of the area location. Walking off dinner from the local restaurant when exiting the train station was beneficial. The stairs can be troublesome but thank goodness for elevators. The room is brightly lit, clean and modern. Travelling solo meant I was able to have the room to myself doing what and when I choose to do it. I was given the ground floor room which suited me fine not needing to walkup and down the stairs, The host provided an iron and ironing board upon request, and it was wonderful to use. I was using the Hybiya line frequently. On the odd occasion I travelled to Shinjuku and Shibuya taking a little longer. Visiting Japan is NOT a onetime visit due to the fact that there's so much to do. So, you do need to plan your trip and make it yours how you feel your experience will want to be. Being a avid photographer My trip to Japan was in search of a camera which I managed to find after researching online. Would I stay at this hotel and location again? Most definitely if the host would want me there again and when dates are available.

Knowing that there was a supermarket behind the local shops on my second to last day. Knowing this, I will keep it in mind for next time. learning how to exit Japan is just as important as arriving. Knowing of luggage delivery to & from the airport so you don't embarrass yourself trying to lug your luggage on the train, which could be frown upon by local people.
