    Stayed here with my partner for 12 days during our stay in Tokyo. Straight away the staff were wonderful and helped us with every need. They do not have smoke-free rooms, but the room allocated to us didn’t smell badly of smoke, it also had a balcony to open for fresh air and natural lighting. The rooms are a little dated but functional, the shower is massive with the option of a bath. The toilet is quite small. All the usual bathroom supplies are provided. Staff frequently asked if the room needed cleaning or if new supplies were needed. The hotel is well located, towards the back of Senso-Ji Temple near one of the shopping streets with plenty of dining options nearby, close access to the Tsukuba Express, supermarkets and convenience stores. I highly recommend this hotel, we didn’t find any evidence of adult paraphernalia some other reviewers have claimed.

    I don’t think I’d recommend this hotel unless you’re desperate for somewhere to stay. It’s a love hotel & they don’t advertise it as such, it’s not well cleaned and the rooms are super dated. The price isn’t very good for what you’re getting. There were “mystery” substances on the side of the bed, and the sink had old toothpaste and other unknown substances that were all washed off with my own disinfectant wipes. There were hairs throughout the room as well. There is a balcony that is completely blocked off and a lot of noise. The only good things are the location, the room size and the room amenities like face wash etc. While it is close to Senso-Ji Temple & other shopping, it’s a bit of a trek to get to the train station. Don’t stay here unless you have to.
