    Great modern hotel with a whimsical cafe playing 1920’s music with a small library and a theater adjacent to the hotel. Great coffee in the cafe.Great amenities including free bike rental, free cookie, free face care by a very good skincare company, pajamas provided in the room and available for purchase (very comfy), discount in the cafe, bottled water, laundry available, nestled in a quiet section close to Senso-ji temple and many great shops and restaurants. The staff was exceptional especially Oh. My only negative critique would be that my room had many marks on the walls and stains on the carpet which made me think that it might not have been cleaned properly. Maybe consider touching up the paint on the walls. Really enjoyed the heated toilet.

    I wouldn't describe this as a boutique hotel so much as a fancy hostel. The room decorations were tired with many marks on the walls. The bathroom while serviceable made me feel slightly seasick when standing in it, I assume something to do with how it was installed. The breakfast, while good, was served and cooked in a small communal area the occupants of rooms with no bathroom had to pass through to get to the showers and directly next to the very loud washing machines. Staff were all very helpful but made me feel like it was impolite to ask for the room to be cleaned. It's well located for Senso-Ji but about 40mins minumum for pretty much everywhere else, and a ten-fifteen minute walk to the nearest stations.
