Everything was perfect, i arrived after check in time duel to train delay from Kawaguchiko, but the staff was there till i check in around 8pm. Thumbs up. The location is wonderful.

It’s simple accomodation in a great location. The woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.
The cleanliness could be improved. Our room was dusty and visibly dirty on the tables in the room. The aircon was also clogged with dust. The bathrooms were ok at best, there was only one watered down hand soap for all three sinks. Instead of ceramic mats the showers just had flimsy bath mats that didn’t seem hygienic. The dorm next to us also smelt really bad- though I think this was mostly due to the shoes stored outside.
