Room was wonderful, clean, and felt very new. The room we booked would be best for just two people though if you have lots or bigger luggage. Three people would only work if you all don’t mind taking turns opening your luggage.
For its location, if you prefer the peaceful residential areas, go for this. Our only struggle here was that it was quite a walk to Asakusa Station (especially with our luggage) but overall, hotel itself was cool.

Perfect we were assisted greatly by the on property male person who explained everything to us perfectly and professionally. Room was great! Hot Showers!

We booked thisnlast minute as they were some problems with the hotel we initially booked. I love this place, however the contactless check in is a bit hard to understand and when we are waiting for us to get checked in. There was this guys who I believe like their in-person caretaker, but HE WAS SOOOO RUDE!! When he’s explaining he made it seem we’re like stupid and also when we are about to check out he was like “YOU GUYS CAN GO! YOU DON’T NEED TO DO THE CHECK OUT PROCESS.” So we just left. I really love this place and the location is a bit far to the station but I would actually look past that but the RUDENESS from that specific staff is just not OKAY!
