Nice, clean unit just 100 yards or so from the beach. Master/kitchen/living room are upstairs and only a guest room/bathroom on the downstairs level. Only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary which was great. Two-car garage is nice but the spaces very tight. Not sure how people with large vehicles would fit in there. Beach is nice but it was incredibly crowded during our fall break trip. They allow tons of people to be shuttled in from nearby complexes which really surprises me, so it was super busy. Five rows of rented chairs/umbrellas is the most I have ever seen and I've been going to 30A for decades. Plus, a ton of people brought their own stuff. Basically no communication from our hostess before, during, or after the stay which I have never experienced. I did call in since I got no response from my message about the garage codes being incorrect, and someone told me to correct codes. I also sent a message about a toilet issue and they got somebody out there the next day. Good trip overall but just be aware of the crowded beach during busy times.

Nice location near beach and shops. Beautiful beach, a bit crowded for my taste, especially on weekends. During the week it wasn't bad. The house is nice, very clean and comfortable. One of the cleanest rental houses I have ever rented. Comfortable beds and plenty of nice towels, laundry/dish detergent.

Home was quiet, cozy and bright! Loved the location - super short walk to beach and fun spots. Being in a gated community was a bonus with very kind and attentive security staff. Not a huge fan of the public beach and access but thankfully not too busy during our visit. We really didn’t want to leave!

Location is great. Close to the beach, but once you get down there, there’s limited space for you to sit and enjoy the waves. We were not informed beforehand that we had to park in the garage during the stay and it was way too narrow (caused damage to our car mirrors despite them being tucked in). The house does come with a lot of helpful accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) When we arrived, we noticed a few areas throughout the house were not cleaned (downstairs bathroom had hair in the tub, pots and pans had caked on food and grime, some small stains on the furniture/sheets/pillows, and the drains in both bathrooms did not drain while in use) but if you can get past it like us, it’s a fine place to stay.
