This property was nice and the location is supreme. The walk down the palm tree path to the beach isn’t far, and the walk to the nearby Peddler’s community is easy. The bikes make exploring the area enjoyable as well. The unit itself has most everything you might need. I was happy to have a hose by the driveway for washing off sandy beach stuff and a shower behind the house if needed. The second bedroom upstairs could use a new mattress on the queen bed and a tightening of the very creaky frame (woke me up when moving around in my sleep) and a few adjustments to the doors that stick and are kinda hard to shut. The unit didn’t have a vacuum cleaner so we requested one from the management company to control the sand, but they brought one that didn’t work so maybe this could be resolved. It’s hard to stay somewhere with lots of sand without a vacuum. The unit had several games which we enjoyed with our daughter. The coach is cozy and comfortable as well. The downstairs bathroom is a full bath which was a nice perk. A few blankets for the couch would be a nice asset. Also, the pool closes at sundown instead of allowing any after-dark swimming which is a little early to me. The last thing I will point out is the beach is very over-crowded. If you rent chairs early after booking, you are ok, but still crowded. If you don’t, this location will be a disappointment. This will keep me from booking this location again, but if you love lots of people around, you will enjoy this.

Kitchen had great items useful for making meals and the AC worked perfectly. Rooms were clean. Plenty of towels and soap, etc. Easy access to the beach and shopping.

Everything was great about the house, the property and the area. But, we were just really disappointed to find out, the "private beach" was shared among other properties outside of this gated community. And not only that but about 80% of the beach was occupied by HUNDREDS of rental umbrellas and chairs. And this made the beach packed. Everyone was literally within a few feet of someone else on the beach. As the neighboring properties had no one on their "private beaches" as crossing the line was strictly enforced. Had i known i could have posted a picture i would have taken one as it was nearly (but not really) comical. I would have loved to gave it 4 or 5 stars but we go for the beach and this wasn't much enjoyable, so i have to be honest and hopefully save someone else from this surprise.
