Nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach right on 30A, and immediately across from the private beach access (only a two-minute walk to the sand – never wait for the tram again!) with the large Seacrest lagoon pool only steps away.
This spacious 4 bedroom / 4 bath home has tons of natural sunlight and is professionally decorated with a classic coastal elegance design. Enjoy wonderful gulf ocean views from the large, open third floor deck with comfortable outdoor seating and wet bar. Watch the sunrise with coffee in bed from the third floor master bedroom – then spend happy hour(s) on the top floor deck sipping cocktails and enjoying the sunset after a day at the beach.
The home sleeps 10 in beds with three king bedrooms (two with additional daybeds) and one queen bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and private outdoor deck or patio, and the home includes full kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, wood floors, flat-screen smart TVs in every room, hi-speed wireless internet, large third story deck with ocean views, gas grill, washer and dryer, private parking for three cars and an open floor plan for entertaining and family time.
Four free bikes included for our guests to enjoy and explore as there is so much to do besides the amazing white sand beach and resort-style lagoon pool. This house is in an ideal location for the beach and pool. Easy to walk/bike to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach however it is part of Seacrest Beach. You receive wrist bands for "private" beach access to Seacrest Beach which is right across the street. This is hands down the most stunning beach I have ever been to (powder white sand and crystal clear water) that being said, I have NEVER seen so many people on a beach in my life. Public or private. We were there during spring break so I am sure that's when it's busiest but most beachgoers seemed to be equally as stunned as we were. The third day at 6:15am I went to the beach with two chairs and was able to snag the last spot near the water, which was nice, however getting through the throngs of people was like a very challenging game of tetris.The four bikes at the house were great for bopping from place to place- that was a huge bonus as not all houses come with bikes. There were also plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use which was helpful. The house has some very thin turkish beach towels and also about four beach towels that appear to have been left behind from previous travelers. If you prefer a thicker beach towel I would suggest bringing them along or purchasing at Walmart.The kitchen/grill was nice to have and we were able to make some meals at home but it's worth noting that it's minimally stocked. They have the basics but nothing "extra"- no tongs, extra baking sheets, etc. Bring your own if you plan to cook.

Perfect location - close to everything !! We could easily walk to beach and resort pool ,Alys and Rosemary in just a 5 minute walk!!! Bikes being included along with beach chairs was very nice also. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for Spring Break with our family! The space was great for a family of 6, bedrooms had plenty of space! We were disappointed in the condition of the main living space, the main level had broken tile in several spots that were covered up with area rugs that were curled up and a tripping hazard. The home is situated on the walkway to the beach and backed to a busy street and the noise made it difficult for the grandkids to sleep! The house did not come with any beach chairs and only had 5 beach towels! Seemed odd that a beach house didn’t really have any basic beach supplies! The outdoor spaces were furnished with very comfy furniture and loved the primary bedroom upstairs with a coffee bar!
