Other things to note
* Guest list required for each confirmed booking to gain access into the community and all amenities
* No smoking inside or outside of the property. $500 penalty fee for smoking at the property plus damages.
* No parties allowed. $500 penalty fee for violations and/or parties reported plus damages.
* Two pets allowed at $150 per pet fee. Must be pre approved before booking. $500 penalty fee plus all costs to clean/restore the villa if unauthorized pet is found in the property.
* This property is monitored via exterior cameras at the front entrance and side of house. This is for your safety.
* Rental property agreement is required to be signed up with a valid government issued ID after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.
* We have no control over the tram service or any of the resorts amenities. They can be closed at any time.
* We also can't control the weather....unfortunately

Our family had a great time staying here over the 4th of July holiday. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for when the beach and main pool were too crowded and exactly what we needed with infants who could only handle the beach for so long. Also, the house is located at the back of the property away from the noise. Seacrest is an extremely busy property with houses on top of each other but here, it was quiet and we felt like we were in our own little world. The owner provides you with enough starter items to get started and we were glad they had a washer and dryer since the towels were limited and we washed our own beach towels (they don't provide any). Overall, a great time and we would stay again for sure.

We had the most amazing stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautiful, and had all the amenities we needed. The ocean was just steps (5 min walk or quick tram ride) from the beach. We especially loved the community feel of the area. The area is very family friendly. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. Checking in and out process was super easy. Heating the pool which was recommended added to our stay (April). The bikes supplied by the homeowner were a hit and great addition to the house. We’re already planning our next visit—highly, highly recommend! Great location, house & host!
