See the Gulf and Alys Beach from “Soul Surfer”, on the FRONT ROW of Seacrest Beach, located directly on 30A - quick walk to the beach access and 3 minutes to the largest pool on 30A. 10-foot+ ceilings throughout, tons of natural light and new wood plank tile throughout; recently updated modern décor; 3 dedicated parking spots. Four extra-large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, private balcony or patio, and sitting area.

First Floor, Exterior and Stocked Garage:
Bedroom 1: Bunk bed (2 full beds with a twin trundle), queen bed and full bath, wall mounted smart TV
Outside bedroom: Futon that can be used as a bed if needed, table and chairs in sitting area with TV.
2 sets of double French doors to two separate patios, one with child-proof gate and surround.
Access to 18-mile biking/walking path through the towns of 30A from backyard, or very short walk/bike to Seacrest, Rosemary or Alys Beach on this path.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with king bed, sitting area and large private balcony with full bath accessible to living area, HDTV and large closet (ironing board/iron in this closet).
Bedroom 3: Large private master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, white quartz counters and large walk-in shower. down a spacious hall with French doors to private covered balcony for catching breathtaking sunsets, an unobstructed panoramic view of the Gulf and a view of Alys Beach.
Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds, HDTV & DVD, and huge walk-in closet, private full bathroom, private balcony with high railings and a view of Seacrest Beach Resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at “Soul Surfer”. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked and had adequate space to work in. The second fridge in the garage was wonderful and all the beach gear and bikes were much appreciated. The check-in was easy breezy and we loved the proximity to the Rosemary shopping area and restaurants. The only issue that needs to be addressed at the house is the grill. It was almost unusable due to the rust on the grill. I’m sure the saltwater aids in the rusting. The beach was beautiful, but it is very crowded. We did get the front row a couple of days, but were 3-4 rows back 3 of the days.

Had issues with freezer not working, 3 of the bikes were in operable. Wifi didn’t work. Dishes, pots, pans were old/cheap and we had to clean them before we could use them, Will pick another place next time.
