Welcome to 'Blessed by the Sea', a charming coastal retreat in the heart of Seacrest just STEPS to 30A and the private Seacrest beach access, Town Center & community pools! Nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beaches, this location cannot be beat in Seacrest!

Updated decor and finishes throughout in this spacious 4-bedroom home that has 3 king master bedrooms, 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a bunk room, plus STUNNING Gulf views from the 3rd floor!

In Seacrest, you will enjoy white sand beaches, bike trails, gorgeous dune lakes, farmers markets, art galleries & gourmet restaurants all within walking/biking distance!

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (Sleeps 16! 4 Bedrooms & 4 Full Bathrooms):

First Floor:
-Bedroom 1: Queen bed, shared bathroom with shower, balcony access (Sleeps 2)
-Main Living Room
-Kitchen
-Dining Room

Second Floor:
-Bedroom 2: King bed, Twin daybed with pull-out Twin trundle bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub and walk-in glass shower (sleeps 4)
-Bedroom 3: King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination, balcony access (Sleeps 2)

Third Floor:
-Bedroom 4: Bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Full bunk beds (sleeps up to 6), en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination, private balcony access
-Secondary Living Room with Wet Bar

There is a pack n' play kept at the home for guests' use if needed, and an air mattress can be provided upon request.

Concierge services including but not limited to personal chefs, charcuterie boards, grocery delivery, baby equipment rentals, and more are also available upon request!

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is a complimentary tram that can be used to get to and from the beach (but we think riding bikes/walking is better since it is so close to the beach)!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
