Freshly renovated and located right between the lagoon pool and beach entrance of Seacrest Beach! If you are looking for the perfect beach home, look no further. Sea Memories has been completely renovated. New paint inside and out. New furniture. New décor. New flooring. New outdoor seating area right off the 30a sidewalk. New quartz counters. New air condition units. New deck furniture. The new owners have completely transformed this great home. But this is only the beginning.
Sea Memories is a 4 bedroom/4 bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 16 with two master bedrooms on the first floor, each with their own TV, and king size beds, en suite bath and a private balcony. On the second floor, the great room will provide your family and friends with plenty of seating and dining options for everyone, plus an open galley kitchen with granite countertops and all stainless-steel appliances. Another bedroom with a king-sized bed also a single bed and trundle, television and private balcony is also on this floor. When you visit the top floor , you will find the beautiful vista of the Gulf of Mexico. This floor has 2 custom built bunks that are full over full mattresses and a full bathroom, the perfect hideaway for the kids! Sleeping total of 8 on the top floor.
Sea Memories is perfectly located. Just steps from the lagoon pools that Seacrest Beach is known for. But that’s just the beginning. It’s also within easy walking and biking distance to shopping and dining in Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beach. Grab your morning coffee at the new Seacrest Sundries Coffee Bar. Pizza, seafood, Mexican, and burgers are all within walking distance. Save room for yogurt at Orange Leaf or ice cream at the Sugar Shack! Don't forget to visit the Rosemary Beach Farmer's Market on Sunday to stock up for the week ahead. For adventures farther afield, the area boasts 18 miles of bike paths, numerous state parks, a Tom Fazio golf course and deep-sea fishing.
A leisurely 15 minute car ride on scenic 30-A takes you to Seaside, the quintessential beach town where the Truman Show was filmed. There you can enjoy weekly outdoor movies, a Saturday Farmer’s Market, dining and unique shops. Speaking of shopping, a 15 minute ride to the East of our house will take you to Pier Park, a spectacular outdoor mall with shopping, more eating, a 16-plex movie theater and IMAX, and other tourist attractions.

We had a great time staying at this property. The location can’t be beat. Easy to get to beach and all the places to eat, listen to music, and shop. Can’t wait to be back!

We stayed for 9 days while in town for a softball tournament and enjoyed the beach and pool during our downtime. The location is excellent; you can easily walk or bike to restaurants, shops, and the beach, so we never needed the complimentary shuttle.The house was stocked with the essentials, and when something was missing, the management company either provided it or told us where to find it. One thing I wish the home had was a small vacuum. With all hardwood floors, a vacuum would have made it much easier to keep the sand contained on the first floor instead of tracking it throughout the house.The home itself felt like a very basic rental. While it was functional and met our needs, it didn't feel particularly updated or luxurious, especially for the price point and location.Because the home is directly on 30A, there is constant road and pedestrian noise. If you're looking for a quieter stay, I'd recommend choosing a property farther inside the Seacrest community, even just across the street. We stayed on the first floor, and the AC unit in that area was very loud and made a sharp clicking sound every time it cycled on, which frequently woke us up.We also encountered quite a few spiders on the 1st & other bugs on the second floor. Additionally, the loft bedroom windows did not have curtains, so our daughter never felt comfortable changing in that room.Overall, the location is hard to beat, but a few updates and improvements would make the stay much more enjoyable.
