The large, open style kitchen, dining and living room layout make it easy and fun for everyone to enjoy meals and hang out together. This 5 Bedroom 4 Full Bath home provides sleeping for 14-16 people.
The first floor is the main living area with kitchen, living, dining room and also a bedroom with queen sized bed as well as a shared full bath.
The second floor offers 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed and private bath, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One of these bedrooms is a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin with trundle bed. The other bedroom contains a king-sized bed.
The third floor contains a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a shared, hall bathroom. This floor also has a bonus/media room with a full sleeper sofa and a private bath.

**The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**
**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**
* As of January 1, 2022, Golf Carts are prohibited in Seacrest Beach. Violators will be fined by the HOA.

Pros:The house is in an excellent location. Once you arrive whether you drive your own car or you rent a car, no need to crank it back up until you’re ready to head back home. You are located in an area where eateries, shops and the beach are all within walking distance! The house was equipped with everything we needed and provided space for all of our family (12) to sleep comfortably! Cons:The tram that takes you around the area is a little of a wait and will only pick you up when you schedule it to. If going in peak season like we were, order beach chairs way in advance of your trip or try to get to the beach early to get chairs; the beach was very crowded and the area is very limited.However it is beautiful!!Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book again!

This was a our first visit to Rosemary Beach and this house and location was perfect for two families with teenagers. The kids used the bikes to explore the area and as parents we felt they were safe on their own in town and in the neighborhood. The communication with the property owners was awesome when I had questions before booking and throughout the checkin to checkout process. We will for sure book here again!!

Wonderful large house. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding. Location was perfect, just a quick 5 minute walk to downtown Rosemary. Would definitely stay in this unit again.
