-Bedroom 4 - Queen bed that shares the hall bathroom with glass shower (2)
-Bunk Room 5 - Two sets of twin over full built-in bunk beds that shares the hall bathroom with glass shower (6)
Pack n' play is in the home at all times for guests' use. An air mattress can be provided upon request.
Guest Access
Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!
There is also a complimentary tram to and from the beach that stops right outside of the home!
Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
-Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by amenities provided to guests.

What a great house & experience! I booked this for my sister's bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! The location was incredible, within walking distance to the beach and Rosemary Beach shops. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. The home itself was immaculate and exactly like the photos, the host even provided a binder with places to eat, sight-see and things to do which was greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I will be booking this same home again for a family vacation!

The house is perfect, excellent sized rooms, big closets, huge open kitchen and dining, back porch, front porch with swings, 10 minutes from the private beach walking, but you’re also right in front of a tram stop. We walked to Rosemary, Aly’s, and Seacrest from our neighborhood. It’s a great location and we had so much fun, would definitely recommend and return!
