Lovely stop over to revive after camping trip

Loved as a good location after a camping trip to France and stop over ahead of catching the ferry home. Bubble Jacuzzi bath a nice touch.

Couple of small issues that I will message the host about privately as should be easy to resolve.

Breakfast was copious and delicious Jacuzzi was nice and relaxing Staff was very accomodating and answered queries quickly. Very secure car park

A lot of small damages to the flat (hole in the wall from.door handle, exposed wires near the bed, dirt under the bathroom window, empty shampoo bottle left in the shower, damaged cups...) which devalue the whole experience and shouldn't happen for the cost of the night. Bed was too soft and squeaky, the matress caving in the middle. Bedlinen were synthetic and too warm for the season. Expensive breakfast

- The jacuzzi worked wonders :) - Very friendly staff - The kitchen is reasonably well-stocked, although it needs more items (cutlery, a frying pan, more water and wine glasses, large plates). The dishwasher is handy. - The location is very central: you can walk to the beach and Nausicaa, or visit the old town.

- The mattresses on the main bed and the sofa bed are sagging, and need to be renewed. - A second key to the property would give more freedom.

The bathroom had a really bad damp smell The only thing I was reaching for in the kitchen that wasn’t there, was a washing up brush or scouring sponge for washing up. I was using enough to warrant putting the dishwasher on

Good location near to old town was only positive.

Building and apartment old and tired, wifi didnt work. Breakfast not great had to preorder night before with time slot and then had to order again. Also came home with a number of insect bites would not recommend.

Rampant, wild binge drinking combined with a GREAT FAMILY experience.

The topless bar in the area was interesting. I was able to sneak away when the wife and kids fell asleep and I came home stinking drunk! It was amazing! The waitressees were dressed up like Santa's elves, but I demolished the Santa Claus display when I fell down drunk leaving the bar. I barely escaped being arrested. I would recommend this town to anyone!

I would have prefererd solid gold faucets but the rest was fine.

Great stay in a brilliant location

Excellent location - 2 mins to Dalton Place, next to the Old Town and 10-15 mins walk to the beach. Facilities were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, free parking on Rue de Prince Albert which is literally around the corner.

Friendly staff. The building is old but the partment self is nicely decorated. It os also equipped with dishwasher, washingmachine, oven, microwave and last but not the least bubble bath. Super nice.

Bon emplacement, très proche de la place et de la plage, nausicaa etc..

La propreté n'est pas du tout leur fort, mais la qualité de leurs installations n'est pas bonne non plus, les murs sont aussi fins que du cartons.. c'est le réveil du voisin d'en haut qui nous a réveillé.. lorsqu'ils étaient dans leur jaccuzi on entendait leurs bulles comme s'ils étaient à côté de nous. Les draps n'étaient pas changé des anciens locataires et étaient en boule dans le lit canapé. Le jaccuzi ne fonctionnait pas, et les pièces de fond sont manquantes ou cassées...

Très déçue de la qualité du logement et des prestations

Hôte très agréable, situation géographique pratique pour visiter à pieds et même pour stationner son véhicule. Litterie confortable.

Les prestations ne sont pas du tout au niveau du prix, des photos et de la description. C'est délabré, la peinture se décolle, il y a de la poussière, une couche de calcaire de 2cm dans la bouilloire, on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins et dans la cage d'escalier,... Vraiment pas accueillant. Le prix était annoncé moins cher car une fenêtre est cassée, et même avec ce prix soit disant moins élevé, je trouve que c'est au delà des prestations proposées.

Déçu

Nous avons apprécié la baignoire balnéo ainsi que la décoration de l'appartement. La gentillesse du personnel.

Un appartement familial au 2 ème étage, sans ascenseur avec des escaliers dans un style colimaçon. Le bâtiment fait très vieillot, l'appartement en soit est bien mais quelques travaux ne seraient pas négligeables, dans l'espace cuisine il y avait un trou au plafond.... Nous n'avions pas de torchon afin d'essuyer la vaisselle ( alors qu'il y a une affiche expliquant les sommes retenues si tel ou tel chose concernant la vaisselle n'est pas correctement faite). Le ménage entre la sortie des précédents occupants et nous, n'avait pas été fait, le sol n'était pas aspiré et une des étagères du frigo était moisi donc cela ne datait pas d'aujourd'hui ! Cela est quand même dommage quand on paye un logement à ce tarif là et qu'il y a une empreinte bancaire de 120€ de caution faite à l'arrivée. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé lors de notre réservation, à notre arrivée dans les lieux aucun lit n'était installé, nous avons dû faire une réclamation.

La vétusté de l'appartement... Les fenêtres ne se fermaient pas convenablement, tout était vieillot, petit, les murs pas droits.. C'était dangereux et sans parler de la literie... Des prises vétustes, un mobilier des années 50... À fuir

L’emplacement, le bain à remous malgré qu’il soit très bruyant.

La propreté de l’appartement laissait à désirer… pas mal de poussière partout, nous avons eu l’impression que les draps n’avaient pas été changés.. sur le canapé lit dans les draps il y avait des cils donc ils n’étaient sûrement pas propre. À peine un demi rouleau de papier toilette. Frigo sale. On nous demande une caution de 200€ et par exemple il y a des frais si on laisse de la vaisselle dans l’évier (50€!!!) alors que l’appartement n’est pas propre à l’arrivée. C’est du délire. Appartement vétuste qui a besoin d’une bonne rénovation. Très déçues au vu du prix

la taxe de séjour a augmenté sans être prévenue, la vétusté des communs les fenêtres de la chambre ne s'ouvrent pas, la soi disant clim n'est pas adaptée au logement

Demande d’une caution de 150€ pour un appartement sale, dégradé. Aucun intérêt d’avoir une baignoire Spa…. La propreté aurait été un meilleur compromis. Défaut d’usures sur les mobiliers, peintures, sols souples… Si caution il devrait y avoir un état des lieux avant et après.

L'appartement correspondait à nos attentes et son emplacement était vraiment central par rapport aux visites prévues. L'accueil était très bien. Même la météo nous était favorable
