The heart of the apartment is its beautiful bow-window: a projecting window that floods the living room with light and opens onto a soothing view over Rue de la Balance. The perfect spot to unwind, read — or start a game of chess, our little signature.

We've made rest a priority, with two spaces separated by a door to preserve the parents' privacy.
• Master Room — a generous private space with a brand-new King-size bed (180×200), premium bedding and an elegant Scandinavian desk for working in natural light
• Connecting children's room — bunk beds (90×190), adjoining the master bedroom
In full transparency: the bathroom is reached through the children's room. This is a typical period layout, much loved by families — you can keep an eye on the little ones while preserving your own privacy thanks to the separating door.
