L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Les éléments utilisés fonctionnaient. Le thermostat fonctionnait vraiment très bien et la température était très agréable même en pleine canicule !
Les équipements pour bébé mériterait un petit coup de propre. Avec la chaleur, les portes étaient extrêmement difficiles à fermer.

of the space itself and the conditions that are reasonable/good
The outdoor space is nice, but we didn't use it (it was overgrown with weeds).
The apartment was well-equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. It had enough for someone leaving, but it lacked a corkscrew.
We didn't like the front door; it doesn't seem to offer much security, and inside the apartment there's a door leading to the building's staircase that isn't completely closed (it had a padlock).
The kitchen counter had some trash on it.
