About this house rental
This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Ideally located due south 1 kilometer from the beach of Wimereux, 10 minutes walk. All the comfort for a pleasant stay with family or friends.
The house is 85 square meters:
A living room with a corner sofa, a coffee table, a small armchair, a TV, free wifi, a table and 6 chairs
The kitchen open to the living room including an oven, gas hob, filter coffee maker, toaster, plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils etc
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with 140X190 bed with fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillow and a 160x200 bed on the first floor.
A bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine, drying rack, iron
On the first floor a toilet
Outside a garden of 130 square meters facing south, at your disposal a barbecue, deckchairs, outdoor table and chairs and a parasol.
PASSENGER ACCESS:
The entire accommodations are accessible except for the fourth room which will be locked with our personal belongings.
INFORMATION TO NOTE:
Parties, birthday parties, bachelorette parties etc are forbidden for the respect of the neighbors, the music must be turned down from 11 p.m.
The house is non-smoking, vaping is accepted
🚗 Electrical terminals at the Carrefour Market 100 meters from the house.
DISTRICT:
Quiet area, 200 meters a crossroads market, 200 meters a bakery, park and pharmacy are 400 meters away, the beach 1 kilometer, free parking in front of the House.
GETTING AROUND:
You can do almost everything on foot for your shopping, go to the beach, go shopping in the rue Carnot 1 kilometer away, the local market is there on Tuesdays and Fridays, there are many visits on our beautiful opal coast:
The most beautiful NAUSICAA aquarium 5 kilometers away
The Cap Blanc Nez and the Cap Gris Nez, many trails to walk around and take a breath of fresh air.
