Relaxing stay enjoying the late autumn fine weather.

good location, clean and comfortable.

The stairs to the second floor were more of a challenge than we expected. The lock on the door from the car park was very temperamental necessitating a short walk round the building to enter via the front door to open the car park door from he inside.

Enjoying a weekend in Wimereux

The apartment was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We were supposed to get the keys via a small safety deposit box. Sadly the box had been removed. In the end we had to agree on a time with the host to get the keys. A bit confusing. The place was clean and comfortable (2 rooms and sofa bed), one bathroom with shower. Kitchen had a microwave, fridge,... and coffee machine with some welcome pads. Living room was large. The place is on the shopping street with next doors a bakery and shops open on Sunday. We really appreciated the parking just behind and that our dog was accepted!

One drawback was the two bedrooms were on the rather noisy street side. Was ok with the windows closed. The apartment was a bit old fashioned with a creaky floor. The entrance hall looked a bit dodgy.

L’appartement ne convient pas aux enfants en bas âge Le sol résonne beaucoup dans l’appartement en dessous de ce fait il faut sans cesse demander à mon petit fils de 3 ans de ne pas courir ni sauter ni crier c’est compliqué

Wimereux l'endroit le fait d'avoir un parking privé qualité de la literie (si on vous laisse la possibilité de dormir 😂) l'appartement est bien équipé et vraiment spacieux

Le bruit : un voisin qui tappe sur les murs pendant des heures un autre qui mets de la musique très fort dès 23h jusqu'à 3h certains jours jusqu'à 6h du matin impossible de passé une nuit réparatrice aucune réponse du personnel quand je leurs ai écrit pour signaler le problème vraiment déçu L'appartement mériterait un peu de rafraîchissement (planche de wc qui ne tient pas , plafond de la chambre tout brun ,canapé avec des taches suspect 👀 des taches brunes sur les rideaux .....

Séjour en famille

Endroit bien situé et avec une place de parking privé, ce qui est un sacré plus à Wimereux vu la difficulté à trouver une place en période touristique et vu le coût exorbitant des places payantes dans le village. Mais à l'exception de ces 2 éléments, nous avons été plutôt déçus par le logement. Certes il était plus abordable que ceux habituellement loués lors de nos séjours à Wimereux mais la différence de qualité s'est fait cruellement ressentir. Bâtiment peu accueillant dès l'entrée par manque d'entretien et assez "dans son jus". L'appartement n'est pas désagréable au premier regard mais très vite, les défauts et manquements sautent aux yeux : ménage approximatif, installations très vétustes, manque d'entretien, beaucoup de rouille présente à divers endroit (lave-vaisselle, douche, ...) et serviettes de bains très fines et en nombre assez limité pour 1 semaine à 4... Vaisselle sale dans les armoires et en très petite quantité. Nous avons passé nos vacances à faire la vaisselle à la main vu l'état du lave vaisselle. Le monde à l'envers et une sacrée perte de temps! Fauteuil peu confortable et qui a bien vécu (même visuellement...), connexion Wi-Fi inexistante le 1er et 2ème jour (problème avec le modem), télévision "à l'ancienne" (choix très limité de chaines) et qui buggait presque systématiquement la matin et le soir (avec le froid à l'extérieur?). Nous avons relativisé pour ne pas nous gâcher la semaine en nous disant que "ça ferait le taf pour dormir ". Dommage malgré tout de devoir en arriver à ce genre de pensée alors que c'étaient nos vacances annuelles... Concernant le suivi du propriétaire ou de la personne en gestion du logement, celui-ci est plutôt "zen". Nous l'avons relancé la veille de notre arrivée car nous n'avions tjs aucune indication relative à comment entrer dans le logement en autonomie ni comment accéder au parking privé.

Une nuit, pas plus :-)

Emplacement , lit confort, facile d’accès grâce au code et instructions du proprio, parking privé , cosy.

L’attente pour le logement qui n’était pas prêt à l’heure , le hall de l’immeuble, il ne faut pas trop regarder aux finitions, les voisins ont mis de la musique jusqu’au bout de la nuit à fond, ce qui nous a réveillé ainsi que nos enfants.

L'hôte était très arrangeant, nous avons pu avoir accès au logement avant 17h (moyennant payement).

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien localisé, équipé avec ce qu'il faut, même si un coup de frais lui ferait pas de mal. Le seul problème était le bruit pendant la nuit : nous avons passé 3 nuits et chaque nuit il y avait de la musique pendant des heures voir toute la nuit. Dommage...
