Poir a belle?

Ideale ligging. Dichtbij strand en dijk. .

Slechts 1 toilet op het gelijkvloers. 2 badkamers boven zonder toilet. Eigenlijk te klein voor 4 volwassenen, 1 kleuter en 1 baby. Keuken is mooi en praktisch, maar de huisraad mag wel eens vernieuwd worden. Vooral de braadpannen en waterglazen. Het salon is ook erg gedateerd. De sofa valt net niet uit elkaar..

Un beau séjour dans une maison agréable proche d'une plage fantastique, dans une ville sublime.

La maison était très moderne et bien agencée. Parfaitement située, avec un jardin et une terrasse privée. Accueil chaleureux à la remise des clés. Tout le nécessaire de maison était présent. C'était parfait !

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Villa Poirabelle en Wimereux

De netheid van de woning, alles was prima in orde, voldoende materiaal van alles op voorraad. De woning is mooi gerenoveerd en overal van rolluiken voorzien zodat je het ook prima kunt afschermen voor de zon.

De kaalheid van de tuin. Het huis had een tuin voorzien van tuinmeubels, parasol, barbecue etc. maar niets van beplanting, wat een beetje jammer was, het had de tuin veel gezelliger gemaakt met wat extra groen.

L' emplacement, maison bien agencée et actuelle, draps et serviettes fournis , électroménager en bon etat , petit jardin clos , possibilité de garer 2 voitures

Manque de transat pour le jardin , manque de rangement dans la chambre parentale, manque un grand miroir( pour les femmes..)..manque une patère dans la cuisine pour accrocher les torchons ...,petits détails mais qui ont leur importance !!

Super séjour dans cette charmante villa

Située près de la plage et du centre de Wimereux dans une rue calme, la maison est accueillante, propre, serviettes de bain et draps de lit sont mis à disposition. Le jardin clos permet de laisser jouer le chien en sécurité. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, le séjour lumineux. Les chambres sont agréables, les lits confortables, l'une d'elle bénéficie de ses propres douche et lavabo. Volets électriques sur toutes les fenêtres pour un bon sommeil (top en été quand le jour se lève tôt). 2 emplacements de parking à l'arrière du jardin pour éviter la ronde infernale dans les rues.

Nous n'avons manqué de rien.

Leuk, proper huisje op wandelafstand van zee en centrum

Heel leuke vakantiewoning. Alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Op wandelafstand van het gezellige centrum, van de boulevard en van het strand. De zeer proper verzorgde bbq die aanwezig is in het huisje is ook zeker een pluspunt. Ook het aquarium in Boulogne is zeker een bezoekje waard. Genoten van ons weekendje in Wimereux!

Agréable séjour. On recommande

Superbe petite villa qui vient tout juste d être rénovée. Jardin avec bbq. Très bien équipé. Literie confort ( On a rarement profité d'une literie aussi confortable dans ce genre de location). Une salle de douche impeccable avec une machine a laver + 1 douche dans une des chambres ce qui permet de garder son intimité en partant a 2 couples. Un bel écran plat au salon qui est bien orienté confort. Tv dans les chambres également. Cuisine bien équipée. Volet dans toutes les pièces. On s y sent vraiment bien.

Pas de toilette à l étage. Porte d entrée n à pas encore été changée et est très peu sécurisée
