the views from this house are spectacular, panoramic ocean and rock views from every window

the house was looking a little worse for wear, dishwasher did not work, Stove top was not as clean as it could be, though the sofa looked pretty new it was very uncomfortable. Over all the house is in need of some work.

Not worth the cleaning fee because they do not clean the place

The view

Everything at this place is so dated and dirty, even though the view was amazing, bring your own sheets and comforters unless you want to sleep on dog hairs and other unidentified spots.

Fabulous view in an older dated property.

Fabulous view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach.

Dated and worn. The key code on the door wouldn’t work. The stove burners barely functioned, dishwasher broken, cabinets chipped and the sliding glass door to patio was stuck and wouldn’t close. Lights over the front door outside weren’t working so you had to climb the two flights of stairs in the dark. Very difficult to locate the property the first time.

We love the house, the beach access and the views are absolutely wonderful. The rooms are so comfortable, Inside or out it's a great place to stay.

Some repairs still needed. Missing blinds have not been replaced in the past 2 years. Kitchen/dining chairs are very wobbly, repair would be easy but not yet done. This was our 5th stay and we will return but the house is showing some wear.
