About this house rental

This is a duplex. Sleeps 8. If you have a larger group you can rent both sides to sleep 14. (See VRBO listing number 339856 for info on the other side of the duplex) Sandpiper Suite allows up to 2 dogs for a $30 per night pet fee. Situated on scenic Coquille Point in Bandon, Oregon. The open floor plan 1450 square foot rental features 3 bedrooms (two with king beds and one with one twin bed, plus one bunk bed, [twin on top, queen on bottom] ), 3 full bathrooms, spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room w/sofa, electric fireplace, 4 cable TVs/VCR/DVD, high speed internet (Wi-Fi), washer/dryer, barbecue, and a large balcony with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Bandon's famous rock formations (e.g. Face Rock). Each rental comes completely supplied with linens, towels, cookware, utensils, and toiletries. Sleeps 1-8 persons.

Only a stone's throw away to Bandon's famous beaches well known for agate hunting, tidepool exploration, horseback riding, and beach hiking. Nearby Oregon Offshore Islands National Wildlife Refuge (a great location for bird and whale watching).

Other nearby activities include: crabbing from the old-town docks, fishing in the rivers and ocean, kayaking, wind-surfing, whale watching, West Coast Game Park. The rental provides a great location for storm watching opportunities in the winter.

The check-in process was very smooth. Our only problem was that the keys we were given didn't always work so we had to walk to the motel and get others. Kitchen facilities were great. Wi-Fi access was also great.

Wow! Pictures don’t do the location justice. The views are stunning. The beach is dramatic and pristine. The house was immaculate and well laid out. We had plenty of room for six adults. This place was AMAZING! It was so close to the beach and was absolutely perfect for the 2 families we had there. The sunsets were spectacular to watch from the many benches overlooking the ocean just steps away from this house. The house was sooo clean and offered many amenities such as games in the garage, tvs in all the rooms, and a spacious kitchen for all our cooking. Thank you so much for having such a beautiful home available to rent!

Had a great time staying here. We had multiple friends and thier families all meet up in Bandon for a 4 night stay, we rented both sides of the house and it was perfect! We were all right there together but had our own space. Perfect balcony for sunset and the beach entrance is a stone throw away. Town is just up the street and not far from old town Bandon. Plenty of dishes, towels and everything we needed was included. Check in process was super easy, and its very private with houses around but not overly crowded. Street seemed very safe and even with traffic visiting the ocean it was still a pretty mellow area. Would definitely stay here again!

We went with our parents and our exchange student. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The unit was immaculate and well maintained. We made wonderful meals in the kitchen and made good use of the deck and beach access across the street. We will be back.

Two night stay with four adults and three kids. Each bedroom has an ensuite. One toilet was not working properly, but maintenance was out first thing to address the issue. The maintenance guy was incredibly nice and brought a gate for us to block off the stairs. The property is a duplex but we never heard or saw the group in the other rental. When it rained, we still had a fantastic view from the living area. There was very sturdy outdoor furniture on the deck to enjoy. *For families with small kids, there were two spots to install a pressure-mount gate to prevent access to stairs/deck/garage. It's a large opening so an extra wide gate is required.

We used the home as a home base as we helped family harvest cranberries. The location couldn’t have been better, quick walk across to get to the beach. A quick drive to Old. Town Brandon and a grocery store. The views were gorgeous, the home well appointed, very clean and so comfortable! Thank you for sharing your amazing home on the Oregon coast.

We loved the Sandpiper Suite! We stayed in mid September during a spell of wonderful weather. We wandered on the beach (big sets of stairs up and down), sat on the elevated deck and just loved the whole ocean vibe. The property was lovely and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We wish we had booked for longer. Check in was super efficient and we would recommend this property very highly for anyone looking for a relaxing break in Bandon By The Sea.

What a find. The house was very clean, well equipped and had great beds. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. View was to die for!! Check in was so easy and the gal who checked us in was so nice. There is a flight of stairs to get from the garage into the house but there were hand railing on both sides! Would certainly rent this house again!!

I did have trouble locating check in instructions, as they were not linked up in my VRBO app or my inbox through the app. It was easily solved as the check in is through the motel.
