Well-equipped comfortable home in convenient location near best Oregon coast beach view

The location of the house is convenient to beaches, library, town and markets and perfect for walks in Bandon Commons or the beautiful Oregon beach at Face Rock and Coquille point. The place was very clean and so well-equipped with many linens and all the kitchenware we needed for our group. We moved bedroom wood benches out for additional seating since there were only 6 dining chairs. Beds were very comfortable. The contact staff was very responsive. The place is Dog-friendly.

The kitchen did not have a lot of prep surfaces. Bushes in front provide some added privacy but block the gorgeous view. The decor was completely functional but not real charming.

Nice spot for time spent at Bandon

Location is fantastic with beautiful view of beach. House is roomy and comfortable. Kitchen is pretty well appointed. House was clean.

Lighting in dining area could be a bit better and flickers if turned on by a specific switch (two switches can be used). Prior guests must have had fish in the refrigerator as we could smell it. The odor became stronger over the time that we were there. We let them know so it probably has been taken care of.

Nice view, clean home, unhelpful support from Vacasa. Had to buy chairs and necessities..

Door lock failed on the third day. 40 minute wait with exhausted children, a crying baby and a frail elder on the front porch. No useful help from texting Vacasa, just told us to to use failing entry code. Finally found a kind neighbor who helped get us into an old stuck lock box and all the Vacasa staff said in a text was”Glad you found help.” When we asked for a few folding chairs for the dining table, only 6 included, we were told no. And when we asked for more than the three provided dishwasher pellets, we were told to go buy some. Three pellets for 9 people over 5 days. Really??

Gorgeous views, ample space, very tranquil.

The location on Beach Loop Road is ideal for easy beach access and gorgeous views. It was surprisingly quiet with very little traffic, and we were able to enjoy listening to the crashing waves and seabirds. The home is huge and well laid out, and we really enjoyed the board games provided.

We didn't know in advance that our shoes should be left outside, so we didn't pack slippers. The tile floor was a little slippery in socks, so I'd recommend taking slippers if you don't like to be barefoot. On a positive note, the floors were super clean.

Million dollar view, clean, comfortable house with space for the whole family!

The view is absolutely incredible! The location was just amazing being right at the ocean. Check in/out was very smooth. So many rooms and sleeping arrangement options were great for our family. And the pet friendly option is so helpful! We would absolutely come back! And 10/10 recommend to others!

The keypad stopped working while we were there, but the communication was very quick with resolve to a lock box. The backup key in the lockbox is very corroded though and made it a little tricky to unlock the door. The doors also do not have a locking mechanism from the inside, which was very difficult traveling with small children who were very easily able to open the front door and walk out by themselves. I would prefer a safer locking system. There was very minimal items in the house for comfortable cooking. We had to get spices, oil, foil, coffee, etc for some basic items during our trip.

Great golf trip. The house is in a perfect location, short walk to beach.

Door code was easy to use and enter the house. Location was amazing with ocean views. House was very comfortable and inviting. Beds were comfy. House was only a few minutes from downtown Bandon with plenty of activities. Crow's nest is a must for a good seafood dinner. Arcade tavern great little neighborhood bar. 10 minutes from the golf courses.

Can't think of anything off the top of my head. Maybe a garage door opener to make it a little easier to exit from garage when going to golf.

Our family decided this was our favorite family vacay EVER.

The view was spectacular! I especially loved that you could watch the ocean from the kitchen while you cooked. The house was sparkly clean, very spacious, and décor was adorable.

Great Stay

Location was great just outside of town. View was amazing sunsets.

Door lock code super long and only worked on downstairs door. Kitchen windows have some holes to the outside in the frame.

Cozy and a great view!

Hosted thanksgiving here and it was perfect! It had all the dishes and all the pans we needed! Super spacious and amazing view from the main social area. I love that I only needed to worry about towels in the laundry room, dishes clean and to take trash out. Of course we cleaned up too but it was nice not having a giant rule book. I appreciate finding such an amazing pet friendly place too! The beach is super close you just have to walk a block to access. There is a telescope to look out at the beach. Many places on the coast you have that “damp” feeling and this house did not have that at all and I loved that! Plenty of heaters throughout house- we actually ended up getting too warm and had to turn a few off!

Parking is tight but they can’t change that. You can park two cars in garage, 2 behind that and then about 2 in front of the house if you really wanted too..so I don’t get the complaints about parking. I wish there was coffee but no biggie we had local family bring some. Hosted thanksgiving and the only things we didn’t have for a full homemade meal were a rolling pin and a mashed potato masher so I would say that is pretty darn good!! Oh and timer in kitchen was broken but we have phones that do the job anyway :)

House was comfortable and clean with great views. You could sit in the living room and watch the ocean and see the rock formations. The house had everything we needed for our stay.

I thought it had better beach access, but there was no good beach access. We are elderly and most of the beaches had long staircases going down to the beach. Also, the BBQ had no propane, so we couldn't BBQ as we had planned to. The outdoor enclosed area had blackberry bushes growing in it with all the thrones on the branches. We did not use it because we were afraid the grandkids had been pocked.

We brought my elderly Father who was able to watch the Storms and tides from comfortable armchair.

Breathtaking ocean views, extremely comfortable for adult family reunion of six. Upstairs has main living space, large comfortable sitting area, kitchen, Dinning, two bedrooms with king beds, one with full ocean view and other with attached bath.

I needed to update guest list, and found the Vaca app unresponsive. Difficult to contact host, via website or phone before arrival. Phone call automatic hold, with no message option. Email with over a week response time and after arrival. However, the automatic updates for access code and trip confirmation worked well.

it is a great house, and the view spectacular. the winter storm was fun to watch.

several of the heaters did not work. (the manger brought space heaters the next day) the house holds 10 people but there are only 6 dining room chairs. and only 6 places to sit in the main living room. (we are a group of 65+ old women … hard to sit on the floor and get up again.) more silverware and bowls need to be stocked in the kitchen. the bushes need to be trimmed so more of the ocean view can be seen.

We love the size and location . We have stayed here 4 times in the past

The oven did not work, which was a real problem as we were there to have our family's Thanksgiving. We ended up cooking the turkey in the gas grill...also baked a pie in it. We were also not happy with the heating system...the thermostats didn't work...it was either on or off...no way to control the temperature, and only one thermostat was working in the downstairs

I'd say you delivered and it was a great place to stay

The house and view were awesome. Lots of space for the kids and the adults. Liked the pet friendly environment. Three bathrooms always a plus.

Not so much anything about the house, it was great. However there was a couple of things. Main shower upstairs the shower itself leaked and sprayed water. We also found that it leaks down into the garage. May want to get that checked. Garage had not been swept in a while. Lots of mice dried mouse droppings and dust bunnies. We swept it out That was it though. Like we said before... We loved the house and view. The list above was just more an inconvenience than anything else. Would come back for sure
