I didn’t go up the stairs, but my friend was also really disappointed that the upstairs windows don’t open and they obvi
The view is beautiful. The location is very convenient but a few things like recliners that actually turn so you can look and see out the window would be useful and I much prefer the like area table that you have sitting in front of the window over the big, heavy pine thingand none of the windows open, which is a huge issue just a little bit of maintenance
The view is lovely. However, the condo did not have the bright open feel youpictured. windows don’t, open the windows and listen to the ocean is one of the perks of going to the beach worst of all the two twin beds in the downstairs bedroom are uncomfortable. One of them is really hard and doesn’t even have a sheep that fully covers the mattress the minute you sit down and start writing up, which in my experience always means you wake up in the middle of the night, but sheet half off very uncomfortable. The other is really low and really soft. So also not comfortable. And you have one tiny little light for a two bed room. The cord is too short to move the light to the other side of the dresser so in order to turn the light on, One has to get out of bed to turn the light on off. And since those lights are only about $10 each, I would think you could afford to have one on each side of the bed and maybe an extension cord so they could move around to where their convenient. Your maintenance needs a lot to be desired. The downstairs bedroom blinds are kind of broken and they’re rusty, which is unacceptable. A couple of the other blinds are also equally wonky. A little WD-40 would go a long ways on the bathroom hinges that squeak like crazy And you have loose floorboards on the deck and I’m not talking just slightly loose. I’m talking they’re up an inch and I cut my toe on it and went flying and fell on my knees I’m 73 year-old with a heart condition two knees and two knee replacements and a back condition who is not injured enough to go to the hospital that I’ve been in Pain ever since

the location is amazing, perfect for families. I was not happy with the house.
the location could not be better
it is obviously a rental, but when you stay in a place (and spent the money asked for this house), you do not constantly be reminded that the place is a rental: there are notes everywhere of what you need to do and a big sign in the living room table letting you know that you need to be out at 10am on checkout day or they will charge you. The kitchen is old and outdated, and the carpet is old and stained.

Enjoyed our visit and will recommend to others!
Location great. Lot's of accessories in the condo itself to make your stay comfortable. Cleanly, with a few exceptions. Nice creature comforts.🙂
Not enough toilet paper. Windows dirty, high ceilings needed dusting. Path to the beach needed brush clearance. Would be nice to have additional outdoor furniture to lounge in.

For the $1000 I paid to stay two nights I was very disappointed.
The condo was already unlocked when we arrived. No need for keys or a code.
There was garbage spread out everywhere. Cans overflowing on to the ground. In the yard and parking area.

    Amazing views
View is amazing and the closed balcony off The master bedroom has it at best. Apartment is spacious and well equipped.
It misses a personal touch and More thought about the design to make the apartment really great.
