I stayed at this property with a small group of family to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable and the view was incredible. The swivel chairs in the living room were perfect for watching the ocean with coffee in the morning and turning around to watch a movie after dark. There were plenty of chairs on the patio outside for everyone to be comfortable. The owners were very accommodating to our requests and responsive to questions we had during our stay. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was equipped with all the tools we needed. We were pleasantly surprised that there were bikes in the garage and appreciated that there were helmets available too. The smart tv worked well for us to access movies and shows. There were plenty of towels. Everything was clean. The house is close to a trail that winds around the bluff which was great for jogging. It’s a very short walk to the beach. While we did not walk to downtown Bandon, I think would only take half hour or less to do it. Anyway, it was great.

What a beautiful location. The expansive view could not be better. Worth the 5 stars just for that. We came for golf and we were such a short drive away. The one in our group who didn’t golf enjoyed beach roaming with the dog. Something for everyone

We had a wonderful "Bros" reunion. Myself and my three brothers living in various areas on the West coast converged on the Ulett house for a one week stay. Everything about the stay was perfect for our function. Wonderful location with a view to die for. We found ourselves spending more time than expected at the house because the view was so special. Close to dining and shopping. TERRIFIC!

This was our third stay at this Bandon home. The view is breathtaking, I can’t get enough of it. We had a couple nights this time with fabulous sunsets but have had equally beautiful sunrises during other stays. The house is very clean and comfortable and has everything we need and I’m so thankful dogs are allowed. My boy had a wonderful time walking trails nearby and the beach. I’m sure we will be back.

Wow, I was not expecting the amazing view! We had great weather for Labor Day weekend and spent a lot of time on the simple/perfect deck soaking up sunshine and just fantastic views. The house is a long set of stairs away from the beach and wildlife area (which I personally appreciate for the exercise and distance from tsunami). The house itself is cute and clean, could use some updating here and there but in our opinion nothing else mattered but the fantastic location.

We highly recommend this property. With a whole wall of windows, the views are stunning. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels, as well as a well stocked kitchen. Sam was easy to connect with regarding plans and any questions we had. We will certainly return next year.

Stayed 4 nights. Great location to watch morning sunrise on the rocks and surf. Fantastic sunsets. Home sets high above the beach, would be hard for anyone that has problems with climbing stairs. Home is well maintained and has everything needed to prepare meals. Old Town Bandon is a short drive away. Great for shopping and eating establishments.

My husband and I had a wonderful 5 days with our eyes glued to the view. The house is very comfortable. We were happy to find kitchen condiments, all the pots and pans we needed as well as bathroom supplies. It is a very quiet neighborhood with a nice walk to the little park. We look forward to our next visit.

I have stayed at so many airbnb's and this was right up there at the top. The house was so clean and beautiful. The view was incredible. What I loved most was that it was fully stocked. I always have an issue when the most basic pantry items aren't in a kitchen and I have to go buy them just for a couple nights stay. This house had plenty of everything. Towels, dishes, condiments. Cookware, dishes and silverware. They provided lots of toiletries. You can tell someone really lives here and it isn't only a rental. We all loved it and wish we were able to stay longer. I would definitely rent this house again.

This property was spectacular. The view was amazing. We had an issue with a broken part on the fridge and someone came out right away an took care of it and part was replaced in 2 days. I would definitely stay here again, and the family agrees.
