Welcome to Vista Beach House, a newly renovated (in 2026) peaceful and spacious Bandon beachfront retreat with panoramic coastal views, direct beach access and spa-style amenities. Relax in any weather in the fully enclosed hot tub, unwind in the indoor sauna and take in the sweeping ocean views overlooking the beach. Designed for relaxing coastal getaways, the home offers generous gathering spaces, is fully equipped for large groups and provides easy access to the best of the Oregon Coast.

- Expansive ocean views from the living room featuring a dramatic decorative fireplace
- All amenities, all bathrooms and three out of the four bedrooms are located on the main floor
- Washer/dryer
The Kitchen:
- The fully equipped modern kitchen features brand-new appliances
- A Stagg EKG electric kettle, Smeg toaster and drip coffee maker, along with a starter set of coffee, tea and sugar are available for your use
- Cooking basics are provided including non-toxic cookware, bakeware, oil, salt, pepper and spices
- Grilling tools are available for use on the outdoor propane grill
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
- The 3 king beds, 3 queens (one is a murphy bed) and 2 twin beds (trundle) sleeps up to 14 people
- The 4 bedrooms are equipped with fans, a smart tv, 100% cotton sheets, luggage racks and hanging space
- The 3 full bathrooms are equipped with plush 100% cotton towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer
- Beach towels are provided for your use at the beach or in the spa
Location:
- 1 minute walk to Devils Kitchen State Park
- 8 minutes drive to Old Town Bandon
- 15 minutes drive to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort
Pet Policy:
We welcome up to two dogs per stay, with a combined weight limit of 100 lbs. A $200 pet fee is added to cover the extra care required after pet visits. For the comfort of all guests, dogs must remain off all beds, furniture and are not allowed in the hot tub or sauna spa areas.
Mobility-Friendly Layout:
All amenities, all bathrooms and three of the home’s four bedrooms are located on the main floor. Please note that the property is not fully ADA accessible. Guests with specific mobility needs are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can help determine whether the home will be a comfortable fit.
Events:
Parties and events are not permitted. Violations of this policy may result in additional fines.
No Smoking:
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited both indoors and anywhere on the grounds. Any violation will result in a $1,000 fine.

The house was perfect for my large family getaway. Celebrating my mom’s milestone birthday was fantastic at this location. Direct access to the beach, hot tub for relaxing, and being pet friendly made it so the whole family could join. From the bottom of my grateful heart- THANK YOU!

While the house was clean, we had several issues. First of all, there is no visible number on the house so we had trouble finding it. When we did, the entry code didn't work and we had to hunt for a garage door opener to get in.Our first batch of dishes in the dishwasher never got clean and there was a puddle of soap in the bottom. We ended up hand washing and drying that batch and every batch thereafter. A repairman was scheduled for the day after we left, which, I'm sure was not the fault of the owner.We had one towel each for the week and, when we went to wash some to reuse, we found kitty litter in the space marked soap so we bought our own soap.The site said if there were more people we would find sleeping bags for the extras but, in spite of the fact that we clearly listed 9 people, no sleeping bags were available.When we emptied the kitchen garbage the first time, we found there were no more liners so we bought those as well.On the night we planned a grilled dinner, we found an empty propane tank.There are very few windows that actually open so the house was like a greenhouse every day.In the living room there are 3 very large plants which, while lovely, were actually in the way.We won't be renting this house again.

We were extremely excited for this trip. It had the accommodations we needed. It stated sleeps 10 and yet we were charged an extra guest rate for 4 of the 10 guests for the entire stay rather than the two nights that all 10 of us were there. My repeated requests to discuss this charge were completely ignored by the host, The setting was beautiful. The house was accommodating, but very stuffy. Very few windows opened so we had to run fans instead of being able to enjoy the ocean breeze we anticipated. When we got ready to barbecue the propane tank was empty. when asked for a reimbursement of our cost to fill it, she offered to drop the money off. We had a busy day planned so I asked her to put it towards the gratuity for her cleaning crew. To shower guests had to use one of the two bedroom suites. There was no shower available in the main hall bathroom. The dishwasher was not working and in reviewing other reviews, I see that it hadn’t been working for quite some time. It is a beautiful home with awesome views and we had a wonderful time there inspite of the issues.
