About this house rental
By the Sea vacation rental is a fully furnished, three bedroom, 2,800 sq. ft., custom-built home with skylights and vaulted ceilings. It has a great unobstructed ocean view and easy beach access across the street. And that beach is THE beach where Circles in the Sand events take place.
The main floor includes a formal living and dining room with ocean views, a large kitchen, a family room with a wood stove, a half bathroom, a utility room with washer and dryer, and a bonus room. The second story has two full bathrooms and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath with an ocean view and soaking tub. The other bedrooms each have a queen bed.
The house has a double car garage, patio, large backyard and a south facing deck for great sunsets, high-speed Internet access, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a stereo, dishwasher and phone with free local calls.
Some special features of the house include By the Sea owner and Oregon artist Bill Kelsay's art throughout the house, room for everyone to have their own space, playroom/game room with lots of space, swivel rockers with ocean view, and a kitchen equipped to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 6.

A wonderful large home, great for a family. Several separate areas to relax, so different activities can happen at the same time. Amazing location, right across the street from Circles in the Sand at Face Rock. And deer in the yard too!

A spacious house with multiple living/dining spaces. The bedrooms were all on the second level. It was an ideal location across the street from the Face Rock Scenic Viewpoint. We had deer hanging out in the back year on two evenings of our visit. The kitchen was well equipped.

This house is a winner: beautifully appointed, very clean, and fully stocked with extra paper goods and cleaning supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here with our family of adult children.

This beach house is spacious and is in a wonderful location. The kitchen was well stocked. There are games, puzzles, and sand toys.
