This Modern & contemporary Duplex apartment (over 2 floors, 1 set of stairs) is suitable for up to 5 people, it is light & airy & more spacious than the pictures show. it has a secure decked courtyard garden with BBQ, this is accessed from French doors from the bedrooms, it has all modern conveniences to make your stay a great one.
The bedrooms are down one flight of stairs & there are 1 king size, 1 double & a single bed, room for travel cot if required, high hair & stair gate top & bottom of stairs available.
DVDs & 49 in HD Wi-fi Tv with Netflix at no extra cost & breakfast pack included for your stay. Blue tooth speaker, coffee machine, usb point, lock box & many more extras. Dishwasher & washing machine. Plenty of toys/colouring books & crayons available for the children
Entry is by key code, no problems with socially distancing & to allow you to arrive at your leisure.

What you read on the Vrbo page is what you get when you arrive, just wonderful and amazing, we have had 4 wonderful nights there. Could not fault the accommodation at all. Annette, was great contacting us when the apartment was ready to go in on Thursday. Again today for our departure. There is nothing you could want for there, even nail clippers and eyebrow tweezers in the bedroom..................The ONLY thing we found we would have like, myself and Lynn my sister in law are BIG tea drinkers and would have loved a Teapot, we don't do teabag in a cup........... so had to make do with one of the coffee pots. THNAKYOU for our stay, clean, comfortable and wonderful. We would book you again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely time at the Old Bakery, the flat is excellent and the rooms are really lovely, very light and airy and beautifully designed, we were sad to leave actually and our host Annette is a lovely lady, very welcoming and so helpful,I would definitely recommend this place, the bus service is handy and if you like to walk there are some real hidden gems on the doorstep, all in all our stay was wonderful and we will definitely return.

Really lovely property, great facilities and even had food pack for breakfast left us (inc veg option). Really well decorated, warm and cosy!! A separate toilet would be great but didn’t prove too much of an issue. Def recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at the old bakery (flat 1). From the moment we walked in it felt very homely! It is very well equipped with all the we needed and more! The extra touches left by Annette were very welcomed! There was a lovely selection of toys for our children to enjoy which was a lovely suprise. Also the breakfast which was left for us was lovely. Everything has been thought about. Would definitely recommend this holiday home and we will be returning again!

I have stayed in many holiday homes in the past and this fabulous duplex apartment in Cromer is among the very best I have experienced. Communication with the lovely owner, Annette, has excellent throughout the process, both before, during and after our stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished and so well equipped, but what really sets the property apart and makes it so deserving of its 4 star gold rating, is the exceptional attention to detail with so many special touches which help ensure that guests have a wonderful experience staying here. Annette is such a thoughtful and considerate host. On arrival, we were delighted to discover a welcome breakfast pack of milk, butter, bread, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, eggs and beans. Tea, coffee and sugar is also provided. With free WiFi, Netflix and no less than three large TV’s as well as an extensive collection of DVDs, there’s plenty to keep guests and their children entertained. Annette has provided terrific toys and games for children including a toy garage and play-mat and a mini kitchen, making this apartment perfect for families as well as couples. Lighting throughout the property is excellent , with recessed spotlights and stylish table lamps, as well as floor standing lights providing warm and cosy pools of light. The pretty outside terrace, accessible via French doors from both of the bedrooms, is a very welcome addition. I would have no hesitation recommending this holiday home to my family and friends and will certainly be back to stay again myself. It has been absolutely delightful in every way.
