About this house rental
A comfortable and fully accessorized apartment offers you a 120m2 of comfort and privacy.
The positive things about this apartment is best possible location in Dubrovnik, big inside space and outside terrace, 3 bedrooms, living room, dining space, 2 full bathrooms, comfortable kitchen where you can cook, friendly and helpful hosts, total privacy, home-like feeling, affordable price.
I have to comment that apartment is last renovated 15 years ago and it is situated in traditional nobles villa in Dubrovnik built in late 18th century I guess it is not suitable for people who are in search for modern and luxury accommodation furniture and have high accommodation expectation .
That means apartment is not modern, new or luxury it is a really comfortable, clean, and simple unit on the best possible location in Dubrovnik.
I always do accent on this on my listing description because we are really trying hard to have good reviews and meet our guest expectation about our unit.
When you are happy, we are happy too :)
As we are really busy persons we would like to have non demanding guests who have simple demands regarding we sell comfortable, clean and basic property in the middle of the Old town area.
Beside the lodging at your disposal there is a huge simple terrace, with tables and chairs.
4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, large dining-room with licing space, and a wide kitchen suitable for 7 person.
It is located near the old town entrance at the east side called Ploče..
In the surroundings there are the luxury hotels of Dubrovnik like, the Excelsior, Grand Villa Argentina, Argentina...
Nearest beach..famous Banje beach is only 5 minutes away on foot,,,
The distance to the Old town center and restaurants, bars is 5 minutes by foot.
From the apartment window there is an incredible view at the Old town, the city walls and the Island of Lokrum.

The location is perfect! Just steps away from the old city. The host was extremely accommodating, great communication, and went above and beyond! The apartment rooms are so much larger in person, it was clean with comfortable beds and every room had an incredible view. The beach was a so close that you could pop down for a swim without sacrificing a whole day. Easy to find and get to from the airport and not too far up the hill. Very safe location with restaurants, coffee shops and markets within minutes from the apartment. It was perfect!
