LAUS II, Lovely Apartment in Old town Dubrovnik

It’s in.a great location. It was very clean and spacious and perfect for us as a couple.

Perfect location within the Old Town walls, lovely spacious, well equipped, clean apartment with very comfortable bed. Grateful for Nikolina’s support during our stay.

Nothing - awesome stay

NIkolina’s apartment was the perfect place to stay in Old Town Dubrovnik! The place was beautiful, very clean and had everything you need for a great stay…comfortable bed, choices of pillows, a living area with a couch and table that is separate from the bedroom, each with their own AC unit, large bathroom, great water pressure, shutters that make it dark for sleep and open to a lovely view in the morning and more! The location can’t be beat!! It’s close to everything in Old Town and very near both the Pile and Ploce gates where you can access anything outside the city walls easily with Bolt or buses. And despite the busy Stradun nearby, it is super quiet. Getting in via Ploce Gate (less congested) with our full sized suitcases was no problem. NIkolina sent a helpful video and there are NO steps until you get in the building—6 half flights and you’re there. You’ll be hard pressed to find anything in Old Town without any steps. And finally, the host, NIkolina was exceptional. She anticipated questions, sent lists of recommendations, responded quickly to questions and was very accommodating at the end of our stay, allowing us time to walk the walls and come back and shower and pack up before departing for the ferry terminal. This place is highly recommended!!! Book it if it’s available!!
